Quick shipping , all items received intact. Quick email response to my query if shipment will arrive before a certain date.  
Red tubes could be put in some wrapping paper to prevent sticking to packaging peanuts and leaving stains.

Great service, excellent price, and quick and inexpensive shipping! Like most computer supply online stores, they are out of stock of various items but they make up for that with having some hard to find items and their excellent customer service.

Wow, what can I say? I ordered the custom 8800GT/G92 cooling kit by iandh on Sunday night, and everything was packed up and sent out on Monday via USPS. (my choice - I love having more than one low cost shipping option.) The package arrived today - Wednesday, and I must say that the product appears to be top notch.  
 
The packaging is excellent - I couldn't have packed something for shipping better if I tried. Getting a free pen with my order is a nice bonus, especially since I love the pens with fat grips. The hand-written note thanking me for my order is just over the top. Who does that sort of thing these days?  
 
This was my first order from Petra's Tech Shop, but I suspect it will not be my last. From the quickness to get my package shipped out, to the thank you note and the excellent packaging, these folks seem like they're really trying to do things right.

Prices on close-out items are very low. Shipping charges were reasonable.

Another perfect experience working with PTS. As usual, a personalized note written in the box to me. My only wish would be for standard shipping to be quicker but PTS can't help that they're in CA and I'm in PA :(

I was very pleased after doing business with this company. They even contacted me the day after I placed my order to let me know a couple things were out of stock and gave some suggestions if I didn't want to wait for those items.
