Called in and rep spoke to supervisor and said they would ship it for two service because I explained to them that my cat would be out of his medications by the time it was shipped regular. They said it was an error on their side that it was not shipped on scheduled day. Here it is 6\/12\/2013 and they still have not shipped. Now I will need to try and get some meds for my cat before he runs out. I am very dissatisfied.
