"Terrible to buy from. Ordered lights, was emailed a couple days later that my order would ship in 7-14 days. Almost a month later, still no parts or notifications letting me know what was going on. Emailed repeatedly asking about my order, got no response. After a week with no responses to my emails I finally called their customer service. Turns out there was an issue with the part I ordered and it would be shipped out in a week or so. Seems really shady that they told me on may 9th my order would ship out in a week, but then when I call them on June 6th, they tell me it hasn't shipped and will be sent out in a week..."

"This website is actually a division of performanceproducts.com. They have competitive prices on many products. My most recent order was for a set of front and rear coil spring spacers that cost me $72 shipped. Anywhere else I could find that kit sold it for $120+. The only way the transaction could have been better was if they provided a shipment notification with a tracking number.
My only bad experience was in 2006 when they were still just Performance Products. I emailed customer service a question about a product I wanted to order. I received an automated response saying someone would be contacting me shortly. I waited 5 days and emailed again saying they didn't seem very enthused to answer my question. After I gave up on waiting for an answer and went to place my order, the item was sold out."
