"I ordered several refills for my Pentel EnerGel Liquid Gel pens direct from the manufacturer -- since these refills (especially in certain ink colors) are difficult to obtain from office-supply stores that sell the pens new. Pentel's price was reasonable; my on-line purchase got smoothly processed via PayPal; and I received the refills within a few days. My only complaint is the shipping and handling charge of $5.95, which seemed excessive given the small volume and weight of my order."
