"Waited over 2 weeks for delivery of case. I had to call and find out where the case was as the delivery date came and went. I was told that the case I ordered was on back order and my choices were to wait until it came in or pay extra for something they had in stock. Was never told when I ordered that case was on back order. The customer service got snippy with me when I called to see where my product was. I told them that I had waited 2 weeks, but got the response that I was wrong as it was only 10 business days. I had to talk to a supervisor as the customer service rep could care less if I canceled my order or not. The supervisor offered me a case of a different color, the first of which would arrive off back order, and he would expedite shipping which was still slow. All in all it took about 3 weeks, got a color that I did not want, and nothing else for the aggravation. My recommendation is to order elsewhere, they obviously buy from Pelican and are just a middle man. One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had with an online order."
"Your case is great and we love them. We've ordered this case (case 1630) in multiple occasions and the turn around was within a week from date of order to shipping date. This time it took two weeks for our order to be shipped and nearly three weeks to delivery time. Faster turn around can make a lot of difference especially to businesses that ships materials around the nation."

"I ordered a backpack from Pelicancases.com. It was supposed to ship 3-5 days after ordering. After having not heard anything from them for about a week after ordering, I called them. The Customer Service Rep stated that they were having supply problems, and that it would ship in another week. After that deadline came &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; went, I called, to get the same story from another CSR, but they added that they'd email me with the status the following day, but needed my email address to do so (which was in my original order anyway). When I got no email, I called again and got another CSR and the same story. I told her that I would like to cancel my order. She said she would. When I asked for an email confirming that it was cancelled, she told me that they couldn't do that, and I would just have to watch my credit card statement. I told her that I needed to talk to a supervisor. After a lengthy hold, she came back to the line to tell me that none were available, but that one would call me in two hours. That call never came. I did finally receive an email from a supervisor a couple of days later, with a litany of excuses. I responded, but haven't heard anything else from them. I ordered the backpack from another source at $35 cheaper, and it shipped almost immediately. I don't recommend using them -- until and unless they get themselves fixed."
