Good parts, bad delivery
"Living in Australia, freight can be expensive but Pelican Parts takes this to a new level. It has happened more than once, they air freight the goods in a way oversized package. Today I received a rubber part (no padding needed) and I estimated I could fit 11 or 12 of my items in the box they used. The freight was 4 times the cost of the part!"
It doesnt get any better than the awesome service Pelican Parts gives time and time again
"I have been buying car parts for going on 10 years and I have delat with a lot of companys that sell online. I am also located overseas which can make things difficult if you get the wrong item.I have to say pelica Parts is right at the top of my last for parts suppliers who reallyb go the extra mile.One example is a recent shipment sent to my US reshipper where I got the address wrong and the items got shipped. Fortunetaly Fedex could not deliver them as there was no such address. Pelican handl;ed my mistakle almost as if it was their own they promptly responded to my emails and when they got the items bag organised for them to be sent to the correct address by Fedex with no cost to me.I have lots of other situation where Pelican parts have gone over and beyond the typical ideals of service we get from most online stores.I have NO hesitation of giving Pelican parts and the team including Jacarri and in particular Stacey who is an absolutley standout customer service rep a ringing 5 STAR endorsement."
"I purchased a very high-end standard car cover for $355 from this company. Pelican Parts did not even take into consideration the multiple purchases that I've done with them over the past several years I am appalled disappointed and do not understand or appreciate the kitchen sink approach from as Corporation. I would never order anything else from Pelican parts ever ever again, $355 is not a significant value amount of money into this Corporation I just wanted to exchange the part never again Pelican parts."
"I purchased several parts - it turned out that I could get the parts cheaper at the local parts store and they sent me the wrong part - I spoke to a salesman on the chat line after waiting weeks and weeks for the part - when I realized it was the wrong part -I called to return - and was told it was the right part by the salesman - then he realized it wasn't - and directed me to returns who in turn says now I have to pay for return shipping as well as a restocking fee up to 25 percent and it wasn't my fault!!!!!! This is bullxxxx!!!!! Even After they agreed it wasn't my fault !!!!Never using this #%#% company again !!!!"
"First off I placed an order for oem Porsche replacement floor mats.What I received was complete rubbish. The quality was horrible and the method of attaching the mats was obviously devised by some farmer and had nothing to do with porsche.Of course they are custom made (by the same farmer) and not returnable or refundableThe mats are on the way to the garbage tip and I am out over a hundred bucks.Lesson learned stay away from Pelican Parts."

"Still waiting. I have ordered a part for my MB E320. The price was slightly lower than at the dealer's. Since my shipping address differs from my billing address I was asked to supply a copy of my driver license. Then I made it clear that I have a deadline. Two days later the parts still sits at their shipping department. I should have gone to the dealer and pay a few bucks more."

"I had nothing but trouble with these people. My transaction was an international one, they took the money from my credit card and then insisted on id and a copy of my credit card. I dont know how it works in the US but you dont give out documents that make it easy for someone to steal your identity. When finally I agreed (I blacked out just about everything) they felt my Credit card was too dark... it was a black credit card. Finally I asked for an immediate refund and as yet it has not been forthcoming. In my experience they are happy to take your money, but not so happy to send you the parts."
"I have ordered from pelican parts many times. Every time I get what I ordered when I expect it. No BS period. The times I have had to do a return for parts I shouldn't have ordered in the first place, I have received a prompt refund. Pelican will always be my first choice when I need parts."
