I ordered the router and received it quickly. I did not have the opportunity to immediately set it up but when I did I discovered that the unit was defective. I called and got a return authorization and had to pay the return shipping costs. I was then contacted and advised that they would replace the unit or refund my money. I was really hesitant about ordering another unit for fear that it too might be defective. I mean the return cost $12 and many of those would far outweigh the savings.<br>I was advised that there would be a restocking charge even though the unit was defective should I not want the replacement.
