"Absolutely Horrible service. I placed an order and the item was out of stock. That was understandable. They claimed they issued me a refund... bank did not recieve funds. Called in multiple times and they assured me that a refund was issued, despite by banker confirming that no funds were transfered. After several weeks of calling, they finally admit that the refund system is down. Company is real sketchy. Same customer service rep picked up every single time, and had no valid response to the refund system being down. They claim that they're manually refunding money, but its not November, and my "refund" was issued in September. What gives?"
"BE CAREFULL!!!!!!! in August 24 I bought from PAYHALF.com, two AMD processors 5000+ dual core to my computer office, I paid true PAYPAL(thanks a god)they charged my creditcard inmediatly, next four days a go to that they send me a email telling me the item is out of stock(even in there site still offer the product like avaible) but expecting receive it in a week,I answer okey I will wait a week, was the last time ear anything from them, I send three emails but they dont answered, two weeks later I opened a dispute in PAYPAL, make PAYHALF.com respond AFTER ONE HOUR & HALF, make a refund true PAYPAL. WHAT KIND store take your money and cut the comunication? for sure not a serious one. BE AVOID FROM PAYHALF.COM Stay away from this seller if you want to be safe."
"This vendor should be avoided at all costs. Placed order for memory (that shows status of "IN stock") for $211 on 14 Sept 2006. Then, on 17 Sept 2006, I received an email that my order was cancelled because item was out of stock. Within 30 minutes I had logged onto vendor's website and item STILL shows in stock, however, now price was $295. Ironic that they took the time to update the price, but not the fact that the item was OUT of stock ("IF" it was 'out of stock', that is). Tried to get vendor to re-open order and I'd just wait until it was in stock and this was when the truth came out that the reason that the order was cancelled was that the price had gone up (over the weekend) and the vendor wanted to charge me the higher price (after I had already placed my order). Please notice that James Cook is the only individual that gave this vendor a 5 star rating and he just happends to be the same James Cook that also refused to honor my order (he owns the company). "Well, basically they canceled my order and then charged my card on the same day. I called and asked about it and supposedly they are in the process of refunding it (though I don't know why it was billed in the first place if they canceled it the SAME DAY).
Seems kind of shady to me all around. I would beware of buying from them."
