"Never buy here!!!Purchased a tv with CASH... Big mistake!!!Purchased on 1/31/15 returned 3 days later, I was told at return I would need to wait 10 days as I paid cash. Well today is business day 18 and no refund. I have been in touch with their customer service team and what a weak experience. I was informed they sent original refund but it never made it. ( never sent) I was told they resent, still yet to receive. I will never look to purchase from a entity that treats customers like this, you pay cash and have to wait a month for refund, maybe longer!!!No empathy, no sense of urgency.. Have learned a valuable lesson...NEVER AGAIN..This kind of customer service, not too long for this business... Avoid at all costs, if this is how they treat a ca$h transaction, think about any other interactions you may be forced to have!!!Terrible experience, terrible overall experience."

"Ordered an open-box Samsung 4K UHD TV, model UN50HU8550 with free white-glove delivery service. Their open box price was lower than some of the scam stores you find on Google Shopping like Abes and EastCoast, but they had all good reviews so I took a shot.I ordered it on Saturday, June 28 and got an e-mail confirmation right away. Later the same day I got an email that my card had been processed and shipment was pending, and my bank account reflected that they had charged for only the price of the TV. Then, on Monday, June 30 I got another confirmation that my TV had shipped... I didn't get any calls trying to upsell me, or saying I had to buy BS mandatory shipping insurance like you get from the scam stores.The TV arrived today, July 8, delivered by CEVA Logistics, and was factory sealed and brand new... not even open box like I had ordered. The delivery guys brought it into the living room where I inspected the box and found it to be perfect. They un-boxed it and began setting it up on its stand. I told them not to bother because I was going to wall-mount it and they even offered to mount it on the wall for me! The TV is stunning, the picture is stunning, the delivery was quick enough for being free, and it was TOTALLY FREE with no strings attached, I verified all the inputs/outputs are working and there are no dead pixels that I can see... overall I am ecstatic with my new TV and would definitely buy from them again! Still need to register it with Samsung and hope that it doesn't break in the first couple months like I've seen so many review say about OTHER discount online store TV's... Will update this review after some time has passed."

"I was fortunate enough to get Shane as my sales agent. He is excellent. He is knowledgable, patient, attentive, extremely helpful, and follows up with any problem or information. My TV was send out immediately. I ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday. The white glove service is worth every cent of the moderate charge. "Highly recommended, I recently bought LG60LA7400 from Paul's TV and was very well handled bu Seth and Shane. Both individuals are very thorough on TVs and know inside out and can help you for questions which are beyond normal catalog question. I got the TV delivered to Portland and the delivery was smooth. Though I had bought TV from Irvine, CA, the delivery came from east coast. The Delivery company (can't recall the name) called me on Friday that a TV is on the way and they will delivery it on Thursday between 1 to 5 pm(the lady said that she will also call me an hour before the actual deliver, so that, i could be at home for inspection). I got a call on Thursday around 12:35 and TV was delivered at 1 PM. The TV box has a big sticker on it as "PLEASE INSPECT THE TV BEFORE SIGNING THE DOCUMENT" on both side. TV packaging looked intact and new. I asked delivery guy to wait till i check and he agreed with no issue. He brought the TV at my apartment door (1st floor) and I unpacked it and checked and found everything OK. I also powered the unit and everything was in perfect condition. I signed the document and delivery man went away. Perfect TV and I had a great experience dealing with Paul's TV.Thank you Seth and Shane, it was nice talking to you."

"Order/Delivery. On 1/19/2014 I had an online chat with Shane at Paul’s TV to get some information about the company, TV products, deliveries, etc. He was most helpful. After the chat I continued to do final research on the SmartTV models and suppliers for my purchase. On 1/20/2014, I called Paul’s TV and spoke to Seth with a multitude of additional questions and concerns regarding the exact model TV I had selected. Seth patiently explained the specifications of the Sharp LC-70LE757U SmartTV of interest and confirmed the price of the unit to me. I was interested in a 5-year Service Plan and Seth provided all the details of the plan and the potential refund if no claim was made within the 5-year period. A special price was being advertised, therefore the total price with the 5-year Service Plan was considerably better than anything offered locally, or other online companies. My questions concerning the method, timing and type of delivery were addressed, so I opted for a slight charge to receive White Glove delivery. I was told the name of the transport company to Florida and the unit would then be transferred to a local delivery company for the last leg. This company would contact me to set up final delivery and give me an agreed upon 4 hour window. Seth informed me to examine the box, package, etc., to make sure there was no external damage before accepting the unit and not sign off if there were any issues. If this was the case, I should contact him immediately. Seth reminded me, once the delivery was accepted and the box was opened, to save the box and all packing materials in case there would be a warranty issue that necessitated a consult with Sharp. I received an E-mail Invoice with an expected delivery of 1/28/2014. On 1/23/2014, I was contacted by the local delivery company. We could not be home on their proposed date, 1/24/2014, and an agreement was made for 1/27/2014. The local company employee arrived during the time window and moved the unit to the area where it was to be installed. We carefully examined the exterior of the Sharp box, noting the Paul’s TV precautionary labels to refuse the shipment if any damage was visible to the packaging. The employee removed the top of the box, the covering material for the screen and plugged the unit into an electrical outlet. The SHARP logo appeared followed by the blue background SETUP screen. The images were sharp and legible, no issues with the screen lighting, etc. We checked to make sure all the items were included with the TV, accepted the unit and signed off on the delivery.SETUP/Viewing. I attached the stand, moved the TV to a movable stand, and plugged in HDMI cables from HD cable and a Blu-Ray player through a Marantz AV system. Although the TV is ARC capable, I chose to add an optical digital audio cable. Over the past few weeks, I have made a few changes in the picture specs, watched almost all the Comcast HD channels, a few non HD channels, DVDs on our Blu-ray player, thoroughly enjoyed the experiences and thus far have no issues with the picture or sound, with the unit‘s speakers or through the Marantz. I connected to our wireless internet system, played several You-Tube videos and we are pleased with that aspect of the SmartTV. Although, I have not subscribed to any of the other streaming video possibilities, the unit did notify me of a firmware upgrade that was available and the download and installation were performed flawlessly. I look forward to learning more about the features of the set, and so far it is more than I had hoped for. Paul’s TV. I had visited several local electronic stores to speak with associates and get information about large screen SmartTV products, deliveries, service contracts, and other issues. I left each of those situations feeling unsatisfied with the explanations and the idea of using them for my purchase. My online research into various TV manufacturers, models, and suppliers led me to links to Paul’s TV website. Like many online buyers, I was apprehensive about such a large purchase and resulting perfect delivery from someone I did not know. Paul’s TV website offered some answers to my concerns, however there were still outstanding ones. The associates at Paul’s, Shane and especially Seth, made sure all my questions and potential problems were answered, as well as some I was unaware of. In addition, there was no intimidation or pushing to purchase anything other than exactly what I needed. Thank you and all at Paul's TV for making this purchase satisfactory and anxiety free. Called up and spoke with Albert Jun who was very informative with explaining to me what a open box tv was and all the specials that came with that Samsung 8000 series. He helped me make my purchase and even guided my in using the sound bar after my tv was set up:) I will be sure to tell all of my friends to shop at Pauls first. Simply because the service was great and I got the help I needed.The guys who set up the tv were nice too. However I thought they would've walked me through using my features and how the tv worked seeing how it's a new top of the line tv. "I ordered a Panasonic 65" TCP65ZT60 from Paul's TV December 29 and was promised it delivered by January 4.I was promised White Glove service and to be called 3 hours before delivery. The shipper Radiant used a third party Mobileair and these details were not passed on to them.The box sat in storage for over 2 weeks because the shipper failed to call or update the tracking number on the product. Turned out it was delivered January 7 and over 2 weeks passed before I found out about it. Shipper just left the box and looked for someone to sign for the box, they did not allow anyone to unbox or inspect and certainly didn't care if I signed for it or not which I DID NOT.I was very unhappy so I contacted Jarad my salesperson at Pauls's television I told him that I would not be able to inspect the television as I am now away and that I expect them to honor a return if any problem arises as they did not ship it with white glove service nor was it unboxed or inspected. He defiantly said no and said once the shipping company has left it is no longer their problem. I return and unbox it today (January 29) from the warehouseNo damage to the box and the glass panel is smooth and pristine with no cracks however their are multiple cracks inside the panel clearly the result of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.I contact PaulsTV customer service this time and once again get given the run around, I was told to write an e-mail, they wouldn't give me a claim number and I was told I have to take numerous pictures of the panel front and back and the box. I start preparing this e-mail and take the pictures and 15 minutes later I am contacted by someone from PaulsTV who tells me my claim is denied, even before I have sent in the e-mail.I ask them how I can ship the television back to them and they tell me that they will not accept a return and refuse to give me the shipping information.Well $2799 USD for a television and before fully unboxing it or plugging it in for the first time I am already told by Paul's television they will not accept a return.Further Panasonic will not accept a warranty replacement or exchange as the fact the television has not been unboxed yet means that it was damaged in shipping which they do not cover.NOONE AT PAULSTV could care less about their CUSTOMERS or any AFTER SALES SERVICE. I suggest to all of you to follow up any claims with BBB, Panasonic Head of Sales, Ripoffreport, yelp.com, Paypal and/or your credit card company.I will give Paulstv a few days to resolve this dispute otherwise any and all legal remedies available to me will be exhausted."
