"pauls tv could NEVER get a ten outta ten... impossible. they screw up at every level. you might get by the lying salesmen but after that, they are dead in the water and don't know how to swim... they suck at every angle!!"

"I order a lot online but I was nervous about getting large TV. I did a lot of research and price checking and decided on Paul's and they were able to price match (almost) a smaller online retailer. I felt it was well worth the small price differential to go with an established seller with actual store locations and I'm very glad I did. The shipping was quick and the TV arrived without even a scratch on the box. I'd highly recommend Paul's TV."

"I recently bought a 60 inch Samsung from Paul's. I did quite a bit of research before I decided where to buy it from and I ended up going with Paul's because of the reviews. I spoke with Omar on the phone and he was extremely helpful with my questions and my order. The tv arrived fairly quickly and it's absolutely gorgeous. About three weeks after I bought the tv I saw online that the price of the tv had dropped $100 so I contacted Omar and without question he initiated the refund of the $100 difference. I'll be using Paul's and referring any friends I know that are tv shopping to Paul's from now on. "

"Paul's TV is a customer focused store , they are professionals in TV , I bought a 60 inch TV and shopped around before making a choice to go with them. Though we are in Texas the delivery was on time and the TV was as expected and they gave the best price. In the process of buying spoke to John , Jared and both of them were great , polite and responsive. They addressed all our concerns. John helped in making sure the delivery was quick and efficient.
Certainly worth and trustworthy."

"It was the first time I bought a big TV online. It took me a lot of time to do the research and get the best price from a reliable website. I bought a Samsung SmartTV 3D 55" (UN55ES8000) on April 18th. Since the beginning Paul's TV had a great service. Jarad Goldstein was the E-Commerce Consultant that helped me through the whole process. He was excellent! He answered all my questions about the product and he made it sure that the TV was going to be shipped that day. The TV arrived on the date they said. The delivery guy was excellent as well. He opened the box for me, we checked that everything was there and that the TV had no damage. We are very happy with the TV. I highly recommend Paul'sTV.com! It is a very good website, with great prices and wonderful costumer service!"

"I ordered a tv directly from Pauls TV instead of Amazon, and was extremely satisfied with the customer service, and the speed of delivery. We were all surprised with how early the tv came, it was only about 5 business days when we were expecting 10 or more. Jarad Goldstein helped me with the order, and provided his personal contact information, which was very nice and not very common these days. He kept me updated on the order status and answered any questions I had quickly. Highly recommend this seller. -Jenelle"

"I had a wonderful experience with Pauls TV. I had my eye on the KEF T105 home theater system for quite some time and was waiting for the right price to come along. After browsing I found the perfect price at Pauls TV. Their sales team is superb. John, the person who helped me, spent a significant amount of time with me online and on the phone answering all of my questions and making sure that I was satisfied with the information before making the purchase. "I had a very positive purchasing experience with Paul's TV; specifically Seth Ragona their E-Commerce consultant. My two previous tv purchases have been online purchases. However, due to the size of the tv (64") I knew I needed "white glove" delivery as this method insured the tv would be handled, unpacked and most importantly tested in my presence in my home. I began my due diligence comparing the different online resellers.

I am a price shopper and initially Paul's TV wasn't my first choice; there are other online retailers offering a lower price on this tv. However when I factored in the "white glove" delivery surcharge these other resellers charge and the piece of mind that Paul's TV is a factory authorized reseller, I quickly realized that Paul's TV was very competitive and the few dollars in "savings" could quickly evaporate if I had a problem tv set. The icing on the cake is Paul's TV included an extra year of warranty and also picked up the sales tax as I live in CA.

Seth Ragona, the E-Commerce consultant was very helpful and professional. He did offer an extended warranty, mounting bracket and sound bar to purchase, however I declined. No pressure on his part to get me to buy anything extra; just helpful advise and offering purchasing options I may have not thought about. I like that kind of customer service.

Of course the best part of this whole experience was the next day delivery, a perfectly unpacked, setup and working TV. I am glad I got the "white glove" delivery; it is a big box and big tv. No way curbside delivery would work imo. To my surprise, the following day I received a followup phone call from Seth inquiring about my purchase and if Paul's TV met my expectations . YES! Great customer service.

I would definitely purchase again from Paul's TV. "

"I called about a super buy on a Panasonic 55" TV and was lucky enough to reach John Kim on the phone. This young man did not flinch at the coupon for $100 off an already great price and got me free delivery on a Sunday morning in Simi Valley! I also bought the matching wifi enabled blue ray disc player. I've putchased from Paul's before and frankly, no one makes it happen any easir and then follows thru on delivery. These guys take pride in their products and service. Why would you buy a big screen from someone else when you might get let down or have to wait to get it. Google for the best price and Paul's is right there! Thanks John and I will buy again from Paul's...no doubt."
