They did not respond to an inquiry on their shipping mistake. I had to go through traffic to get to a UPS \u0022Store\u0022 in the middle of nowhere. The Package and Invoice mispelled my name despite being correct on previous correspondence. The total billed matches the Order Confirmation, but the Invoice Number is not referenced in any other correspondence. I assume they retype orders by hand into another system. The products are more expensive than drug store type products, yet cheaper than department store or boutique type products. I trust these products and will buy them again.They work, are a decent value and I like them.<br><br>The order experience was fine and my items arrived in a timely manner. However, I do wish that I would have received an email with the tracking number when my items shipped. That way, I would know when to expect them at my door. "Excellent service, excellent products! I recently ordered more Paula's Choice skin care products and they arrived very quickly. I received excellent customer service on the phone- and no pressure when I explained that I only wanted my questions answered before I actually ordered online (just easier). The skin care products are priced well, especially considering the quality. I have always used drugstore brands before, so they seem very luxurious but the price is practical enough to feel okay about it."
