wish I had read about wlanparts earlier
"ordered small item with 2 day priority shipping - on the day the items were to arrive - nothing. I check their website and it says "waiting to be shipped". I have two guys climbing a tower tomorrow and don't have some critical items. Will end up costing me $600 in additional fees to have them come back out to finish another day when I get the items from another supplier."
100% Horrible experience on more then 4 seperate orders.
"Ordered a UBNT AP and a UBNT 24 port switch on August 2, 2017. Called them today (August 28) to see what the status was. Spoke to someone that repeatedly drilled me about my name and email address. To top it off, their IP phone system is absolutely horrible so I had to repeat myself many many times before he would only say "I will check with the warehouse and email you". Will no longer go through Pasadena networks FOR ANYTHING!! And will HIGHLY NOT recommend them to anyone! 26 days? AYFKM??!! "

"I placed 2 different orders from Pasadena Networks, LLC. Never received any of my items. On the first order, i called and was told 6 days later the parts were on back order. I cancelled the order and they took 6 days to refund my money. On the second order, i called to confirm they had the parts in stock. I placed the order, and 14 days later still no parts. Same story, as the first order. I called, they said they would call me back, and they never did. It took me 14 days, two emails, and three calls for them to tell me again that they parts were on back order. I will NEVER order from this company again. Worst customer service ever."

"I ordered POE adapters from WLanParts on November 11. My card was charged that day, the package never arrived. I called them on December 2nd, they could not provide me any information about my order. I was told someone would call me back. Called again on December 5th still no one could tell me if my order was in stock or if / when it would ship. Again I was promised a call back. On December 6th I got the same runaround but after 10 minutes I was informed that the product was on back order with their warehouse and my order was being canceled. "
