"I placed 2 different orders from Pasadena Networks, LLC. Never received any of my items. On the first order, i called and was told 6 days later the parts were on back order. I cancelled the order and they took 6 days to refund my money. On the second order, i called to confirm they had the parts in stock. I placed the order, and 14 days later still no parts. Same story, as the first order. I called, they said they would call me back, and they never did. It took me 14 days, two emails, and three calls for them to tell me again that they parts were on back order. I will NEVER order from this company again. Worst customer service ever."

"I ordered POE adapters from WLanParts on November 11. My card was charged that day, the package never arrived. I called them on December 2nd, they could not provide me any information about my order. I was told someone would call me back. Called again on December 5th still no one could tell me if my order was in stock or if / when it would ship. Again I was promised a call back. On December 6th I got the same runaround but after 10 minutes I was informed that the product was on back order with their warehouse and my order was being canceled. "

I called back at 5pm as requested only to find that your office is now closed.I generally have a good experience with this company, but after my "customer service" experience today I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please Refund My Money ASAP as well as the associated cost of shipping."

"Placed order via wlanparts website paid for overnight shipping. Did not receive a tracking number. Emailed them the next day about this promptly got back a rather short and rude response. I expressed that the component was needed as soon as possible and please send it and a tracking number. They then waited until the end of the day to cancel the order after it was too late to overnight it from another vendor. BEWARE!!!! RUDE and poor customer service! If I were Franklin Keeney I would truly be embarrassed. UPS can get a package anywhere in the world over night and wlanparts cant even get a box from the front of his shop to the back... Extremely disappointed with my shopping experience. "
