Not overly dissatisfied

"I ordered a replacement seat for my 4 wheeler, it shipped relatively quickly and arrived on time. However the seat had a small tear in the corner. I called on a Friday and got through to customer service in zip very timely manner. I was told to email pictures to the supervisor and they would call me on Saturday. No call on Saturday, not a big deal, Monday I get an email telling me I will get a return label via email and I can drop the package off at my local UPS. I never received an email, then on Tuesday UPS came knocking on my door to pick up the package. I have no clue if I need to find a shipping label or if UPS has one already. Hopefully the replacement seat is in good shape."

Above and beyond customer service

"Fair priced and quick shipping. Excellent customer service.

I had to return an item and there was some sort of mix up on the receiving end at Partzilla. Customer service rep, Laura, went above and beyond to offer good communication and get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. Great customer service. Great job, Laura!

Customer Service Drops the Ball!!

" I'm still waiting for Laura to call me back like she said she would. I was trying to get my second Return Authorization on a spotlight which was listed with the wrong photo on their website. I've spent a lot of money with Partzilla, so much for patronizing them, I simply do not matter !!!"
