“We are sorry to hear that this customer was not satisfied with the final product. As we state on our website, however, the colors used for printing are standard PANTONE colors and may not appear on a monitor exactly as they will appear on the printed item. We stand by the quality of the products we sell on our website and will always refund or re-do an item that was printed incorrectly.”
