Because of some negative reviews, I order the signal lights first. I sent in my order through their website, got email with tracking number the next day. The parts came one week later. I installed the lights and they work wonderfully. Satisfied with this, I ordered the headlight which costs a little bit more than the signal lights. Again, I got email confirmation and tracking number and received the part in about a week. But this time, I could see that the plastic part of the headlight was defective because it broke when I installed it. I emailed them and ask to fix the problem or return the part. The next day after one round of email, they sent me a Return Authorization Number. I returned the part and got my money back in about a week.
