I ordered parts for my 300D Mercedes online. Right afterward I called customer service at Parts Train. The customer rep. Helped confirm my order and check it for acuracy. My order was on my porch in 48 hours. I am very pleased with the whole process.
I have nothing but praise for Parts Train. The headlight assemblies I ordered were delivered quickly and the parts themselves were better quality than OEM at less than half the cost. I would recommend Parts Train to anyone that wants high quality parts at a great price.
The window in my car was stuck in the open position and I couldn't use the car at all! I ordered a window regulator thru parts train Sunday morning. By Monday noon the part was shipped out.Tuesday 24hrs. later the regulator was installed and my car was up and running .I still can't believe how fast your system is

wow. partstrain.com is awesome. i recently ordered a harmonic balancer for an 87 mustang and the price was great, delivery was perfect, and best of all they have a huge selection of parts for my old clunker. my car is back on the road and it feels great. i love that car. i guess my wifes chrysler is next, hahaha. parts train is great. glad i found it on the web.keep up the good work and great prices.

Very impressed. Have never ordered a car part online before. Easy ordering. Right part arrived, perfect fit. Arrived ahead of schedule. Saved over half compared to local parts store. Next time I will have several parts to order to try to save some on shipping. Thanks.
I ordered the item in error. Tried to cancel it but the online chat offered me no help other than to call a customer service line that was already closed and couldn't be contacted until tomorrow. By that time my order was already sent off and I would have to pay shipping in order to return the item. I decided not to and was a little disappointed with not being able to cancel my order. I will say though that shipping was VERY FAST. I got the item the next morning. All in all it was a good experience. I just wish canceling the order wasn't such a hassle.

i am very happy with parts train based soley on the fact that of the two orders i have made through them the parts came in less than a week (well one of them did) and it was exactly what i was looking for! and the price of he peices were not out of this world either. i would order through them again as long as the peice i am looking for they can provide. they got my 01 focus back on track to pass pa inspection.
