"I have bought arts from theses guy's for over a year. From a 1989 Ford ranger, F150, F250 6.0 diesel to a Grand Marquie. Great parts great service and all around very happy with the easy ordering process. I will be using Parts Train as long as I am driving a car.

"DISAPPOINTED AGAIN!!!

I had my first disappointment few months ago. A pair of brake disc shown online "in stock". I completed the online order as usual, but received disappointment notice they're out of stock.

What's worst is. I called customer service and ask if they're out of stock, and they told me the part is IN STOCK.

So...apparently your website and your customer call center received faulty information


Now...two months later. I needed parts again, this time I called the customer center to order over the phone. Why? Because I want to 100% know that they're in stock. Was told the parts are in stock on phone, and ordered there and then.

6 hrs later, I get one of these email saying they're out of stock.

What a disappointment....again!!

I received alot of "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" apology. YET!! There are no actions taken to resolve this problem.

Please...please. Update your inventory status info. This is such a big disappointment for me and I'm sure for other customers as well.

The ultimate pain is. Instead of one order with one shipping charge, I now have to place another order and pay for another shipping charge again

It's OK to make mistakes, but I expect your company to resolve the source of the problem.

A simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" is meaningless to a customer now if you don't take action to correct your errors.

"Prices are great, Service is lousy. I spent much more time in attempting to get my part than the savings were worth. I purchased a part, Order # 17659688, used credit card billed to PO Box, then tried to have part shipped to home (which has no postal delivery). Part was sent via US Mail - even though the site will not allow use of PO Box in delivery address on the grounds that Retailer does not ship to PO Boxes. Two weeks went by, I never received the part. Called customer service and they had received a return of the part and told me they would credit the account. I still didn't have a part. They said not to worry they would send it out FedEx 2nd day. Two more weeks later, still no part. Called customer service. First they said part was on back order (not true). Next they told me they had no record of the transaction. So, one month, 2 hours, 4-5 phone calls, credit card charge and credit back, and no part.

"Parts Train is what one can describe as service par excellence. A true American Company one can trust and a company that makes you proud to be an American. From since I have been told about Parts Train by a friend I a am receiving quality service and great quality products for my money with no hidden charges, no scams unlike some other companies which are definitely midday highway robbers. I am truly a satisfied customer in the entire meaning of the word satisfied."

"I tried to purchase this part from a competitor earlier,after shopping on 5 other sites for the best price. Their checkout process was so confusing and cumbersome that I became frustrated and left. I was told about your site by a colleague. Buying from Parts Train was easy and fast. The process was familiar and user friendly. AND, the price was only a few pennies different from the competitor's!"

"I placed an order on their website and realized it was the wrong part, then within 45 min talked to a representative and had my cancelation notice put in. They told me there was no guarantee that the order could be stopped. What they should have said was we choose to ship orders even if canceled so that we can charge you 10% of what the item costs for restocking plus hold on to your 300$ while we incrue interest for the next month. These people are crooks, should have a warning on google that says buyers beware, cheap parts, terrible service, and refusal to cancel orders once placed, even if only minutes after the purchase. I waited on hold for 25 to speak to a foreign call center supervisor who had no authority to do anything. Please go elsewhere with your money. I will never waste mine again. "
