"Site easy to navigate. Items listed had several photos of the parts at different angles. Descriptions of the items was detailed. Check-out was problem free as well. "

"I needed two oxygen sensors for my car. PartsTrain had sensors cheaper than any other sites I visited. After entering my car information, I bought from them a pre-cat sensor and a post-cat sensor. Neither of them fit my car. So I went back to the site and the products I bought are no longer listed.
Beware when buying from this place."

"This is an excellent website for women who know what they want. A car is a prize possession and obtaining parts is somewhat of a chore and usually men are the ones doing it. PART Train makes this job easier and you can order on your ipad or celluar phone. Enjoy ladies!!!!"

"I really wish I had checked out this review site before I placed my order with these hose monkeys. I first ordered the shock absorbers I wanted from a company called "Auto Parts Warehouse". A few days later I was informed they were out of stock. So I went back online and found the shocks I needed at Parts Train.com for about the same price. Online they said they were in stock but after my last attempt at buying them online I decided to call. I was told on the phone that he had personally checked and they were in stock and on hand. However he said something funny that got my attention. He said, "Oh I see that you just ordered these 2 days ago". Hmmmmm! That is when I figured out that Parts Train and Auto Parts Warehouse were the same company. Now I find out they are known as many names online which I'm sure helps to spread the bad reviews around so they can stay in business longer. When the reviews get too bad for one of their names they just drop it and start a new name with the same old crappy service. Well that phone call took place on 5/2/2012. I called back yesterday on 5/8/2012 after I noticed they received my payment and still no word on my status. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the parts had shipped and I should receive a shipping notification in my email right away. Well last night instead I got an email saying they weren't in stock!!!! What The Hell!!!!.

I don't care how many "so-called" good reviews these idiots get. The fact is they are a fly by night company that really doesn't give one crap about customer service. I'm sure if you open up the Parts Train, Auto Parts Warehouse, Whoever the hell else they call themselves, Employee Handbook, you will undoubtedly see under chapter one, "How to Effectively Lie to your customer"!!!!"

"By far the biggest mistake ordering from these guys. When a part I ordered was out of stock, I called to make sure that I was not charged for it...I had my invoice number and had already been emailed my receipt, yet the "customer service" rep knew nothing and could find nothing pertaining to my order. When I found an alternative replacement part I agreed to the cost and 11 minutes later (which was far too long considering I had already entered my info into the computer) after we reviewed my billing and shipping address for the third time, I got off the phone. The next day I got a call from another company asking me for my billing and shipping address. I immediately got a hold of Parts Train and asked if they ordered parts from another vendor, which I was told no....clearly a lie. This site is a joke. LMC is a far better resource and has helpful and insightful help on the other end of the line."

"PROS: Good site. Easy to navigate. Good inventory. Very quick shipping.

CONS: Did not like the shipping and handling since it equaled the price of the part."

"I ordered a head gasket 2 weeks ago, then got email 2 weeks later stating that I havent been billed yet, that they were debating wheather or not to aprove the transaction ( even though I already payed 2 weeks ago...
Than upon recieving this email I called there customer service number to find out that they didnt bill be the proper amount? that there was extra shipping fees as im in canada!! they never contacted me to let me know, This price wasnt on any of my reciets or on the bill... they dont put the proper price on the website, then wait last minute to tell u of hidden fees and then make you wait another 2 weeks to send it out???? BAD BUISNESS!!!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"
