Large inventory of parts, easy to find parts. could use more pictures of the parts, I was looking to see a picture of the back of the door handle to make sure if it included the spring, etc. The part arrived in good order, packed well, etc.  
 
The other thing I didn't care for on this purchase was the $10.00 shipping, thats $4-5.00 higher than it should be, then they wacked me with a $5.95 handling charge at the last minute.  
Just a heads up.  
 
Upon inspection, its a decent replacement, but as usual, it is not OEM quality. The original has sturder hardware and spring assemblies. The original plastic piece that broke on the orginal is sturdier, but the metal arm that goes up into the plastic pull on the handle only goes in about 1/8 of an inch into a 1/2 plastic loop. This makes me wonder how long it will last with kids pulling on the door handle. How long till that lever falls out and I have to tear the door open again. I might look into a minor modification before I install it. Since the dealers no longer carry this part for this van. I am happy to get something...

I was very happy with the service. I ordered two power rear view mirrors on Wednesday night, they shipped on Thursday. The mirrors were delivered on Saturday. They were exactly what I ordered, delivered promptly.

Very satisfied with the purchase. The hood I ordered was packaged well and arrive undamaged or scratched. Delivery was as prompt as one could expect. The only negative, which was very minor, was my confirmation e-mail linked me to the wrong tracking page as my part was not delivered by Fed-X but rather AGS. A simple telephone call got me to the proper place but it is something the company should note as a possible improvement. Overall I am very satisfied.

I ordered parts for my 300D Mercedes online. Right afterward I called customer service at Parts Train. The customer rep. Helped confirm my order and check it for acuracy. My order was on my porch in 48 hours. I am very pleased with the whole process.

I have nothing but praise for Parts Train. The headlight assemblies I ordered were delivered quickly and the parts themselves were better quality than OEM at less than half the cost. I would recommend Parts Train to anyone that wants high quality parts at a great price.

The window in my car was stuck in the open position and I couldn't use the car at all! I ordered a window regulator thru parts train Sunday morning. By Monday noon the part was shipped out.Tuesday 24hrs. later the regulator was installed and my car was up and running .I still can't believe how fast your system is
