"I was able fix my broken laptop and its looks new. Thanks to you, i was able to save hundreds of dollars. The LCD Front Trim Cover and LCD Back Cover Lid Top with Hinges worked perfect for me. It even had wireless antenna cable, everything was easy enough to assemble. Packaging was excellent and no scratch on any parts.

"They are the best store I've purchased dell parts from. I purchased my parts looking to put them in myself, they offered phone help and to install the parts themselves. Parts People shipped my order fast and packed it well. (bundled it, to save money)

I marked N/A for customer service and return service, because I DID NOT NEED THEM. The items I purchased worked PERFECTLY!"

"I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Dell laptop. It was shipped on time, and was exactly what I ordered. Installed it, and it works like a charm. I would definitely order from them again!"

"I have been working with Dell computers for 11 years and most of the repairs have been while the computers were under warranty so it did not necessitate my fixing any of them. Recently my wife's laptop hinges broke and the laptop was not under warranty. I did a search on the web and found Parts People. What a great website! I ordered the hinges and they were in excellent shape as promised and fit perfectly. I really appreciated the videos. I will definitely recommend your website to all my fellow co-workers, friends and family. Keep up the good work! I have several old laptops I am probably going to refurbish and will be purchasing more parts from Parts People in the near future. "

"I am impressed by Parts People's inventory of parts for Dell computers. They are very professional and prompt with processing and shipping orders.

My major issue is with their prices. It is convenient that Parts People is a one-stop destination for all the parts you need, but after ordering my parts, I checked prices for the same parts through other merchants and I feel as if I overpaid. In many instances the differences in price was a bit disconcerting. For instance, I paid $30 for the bottom plastic but found it later for $10. Parts People has the touchpad/palm rest for $40 but it is avail from Amazon for $20. The price from Parts People was higher by a large percentage for everything I ordered. However, I used them because I needed the parts fast and wanted to order from one place without doing too much searching. It is not clear to me what accounts for the huge price difference and am interested to know. "

"I ordered a new keyboard with backlight for my laptop as I wanted to replace mine that didn't have a backlight. I had some problems with the first one that came. I called them up and the person I worked with was very helpful, and after asking a few questions about what was happening and what I had tried he agreed that the keyboard was DOA and shipped out a replacement the same day. I called expecting to have to jump through hoops to get this keyboard replaced and was very pleasantly surprised when they quickly agreed with me that it was a problem with the keyboard. I would definitely shop with them again in the future if I have need of a part for my laptop."

"Received the Keyboard for my Inspiron 1720 today. I ordered it yesterday, arrived TODAY! Installed right away, Wow. It works!
Great Company, wonderful Parts. Would order from again. I plan to bookmark this company for any more dell parts. "
