"I have tried for several days to reach the company by phone and email. No email has been returned. Every time I call I am automatically directed to a phone system that plays music for several minutes and then asks me to leave a voice mail.

I've called both the customer service and the sales extensions.

Overall...I rate this companies customer service as horrible and as a result would not order from them again."

"I was very satisfied with the whole process. I have ordered multiple times and will continue. Prices are the best, fast shipping and a very knowledgable sales staff make this company far superior than other parts companies. I have referred a few people to them and will definitely use again.

"Aloha & Mahalo,
I am very very happy with your professional and speedy processing of my order placed on Sunday 6-7-09 and the muffler was delivered by UPS to my door in Lahaina Maui Hawaii, on Wednesday 6-10-09 in perfect condition.
The number 298980 was on the packing slip in the order reference box and I did get an email right after I placed my order on line with "Your Order Number is: 11-525717 stating my credit card will be billed $160.90." Just after I was told by Auto Parts Warehouse that they do not ship mufflers out side of the United States? Shortly after telling me that a thermostat for my car would would cost me $38.48 for packaging, handeling and shipping to send to me on Maui. Count on more orders from me and referals to others here on Maui. Aloha, Ray Rogers"

"Ordered my part got a different part and it took 11 days to arrive! Pain in the you know what to do a return with these guys. Will never do business again with them!"

"the parts service is good,but I think the return process is a little clumsey.The return auth. # should be included with the paperwork that arrived with the part.

"They sent a motor mount that did not fit my car. Their catalog specifically says it would fit
90-91 Honda Prelude Manual Tranny. At a glance it looked close but holes were wrong and overall dimensions wrong. I paid $6.95 for shipping and now get to pay $6.95+ for return shipping for THEIR MISTAKE. thats $14 flushed down the drain. . Not even so much as a form letter apology or any acknowlegement they made a mistake. I sent them email with pics and everything on why it would not fit. Forget about getting them on the phone. All I got was form email basically just saying "Here is your RMA" and if you don't return it in perfect condition with original box etc. you are screwed. As far as customer service? Forget about it. You go to a menu and hold till your hair turns grey. I never did actually get to talk to a real person. I waited up to 10 mins a couple of times. I wonder if anyone really is even there. I've dealt with a lot of mail order and internet order companies. This by far is the worst experience I've had in some time. Shipping starts to add up quickly as you pay for THEIR mistakes. Now their RMA says it will take up to 30 days to get my refund. That is just ridiculous compared to the norm these days. These guys are still opereating in the stone age. Needless to say I've learned my lesson. I took a chance because I generally have not had any problems with new places I try. I will look a little closer before I leap next time . For sure Parts Geek can write me off their list of customers. There are too many other places out there where you don't have to put up with this kind of poor quality service. "

"The absolute worst online purchase I've ever had. They sent the wrong item. Not only was it the wrong item, but it was a return as the box had been opened and the product tampered with. I tried to exchange the item, but they never returned my numerous emails and calls. As a matter of fact they never answers calls either. A true scammer..beware!"
