Product not as described. Useless customer service.

"Ordered radiator with cap but came without cap. Called customer service about 7 times to try to get a cap, kept getting the run-around for over a week. Incompetent and inefficient customer service. Eventually bought cap at auto parts store."

Don't buy from here.

"They sent me the wrong bed liner and then wouldn't take responsibility even after I sent them a picture of the WRONG part. Customer service was juvenile. Worst online experience ever and I order online a lot. Read the fine print, you must pay shipping even if it's their fault. Never again!"

Wrong part

"They sent the wrong part. I followed the instructions on how to make a return request to get the right part and have not heard back from customer service. Then they sent me a survey asking about my experience. No personal service. All automated, computer generated mishandling."

"This was my first time to order from Parts Geek.com
Being overly stressed because of having car issues, the process went very smooth in finding the part that I needed, then ordering and the check-out process was easy and fast.
I received a confirmation in my email immediately along with directions to track my package.
I received my package on the day it was scheduled to arrive at my home.

We do pay for the return if we make the mistake, but you ordered the incorrect part and thus you were responsible for the return shipping. We have no problem admitting when we made the mistake, but we did not. The part you ordered stated it only fit Production: 08/01/1988-, which means it only fits if your vehicle was manufactured after 8/1/88 and based on the information your provided us, your vehicle was not made after that date, thus you ordered wrong and were responsible for the return shipping.
