"AVOID THIS STORE
Ordered a $71 part from my Car on May 5 and still until today May 23 haven't received it. I called customer service, no answer after 20 mins on hold, emailed customer support on May 10, received the reply bellow on May 11:
I am terribly sorry for your tracking information not being provided to you in a timely Manner, At this time I will request direct with my warehouse for your information. I will have this emailed to you as soon as I obtain it. Again we appreciate your patience.

never heard from them until today even though I tried to open multiple tickets, they auto respond and no answer there after"

"I RECIEVED THE PARTS. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I PAID FULL SHIPPING FOR THE 2 ITEMS I ORDERED BECAUSE OF THE ORDERING PROCESS WOULD CHANGE THE PART # WHEN I ADDED IT TO THE CART.
SO I HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS SEPARATELY RESULTING IN HIGH SHIPPING COST. I EVEN TRIED CALLING AND ALL AGENTS WERE BUSY, I
WAS ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES."

"Ordering was a snap. The parts were delivered on time and just as advertised down to the last O-ring. Once installed the parts preformed to manufactors spec's. Could not be more please with the entire prosess. Plus priceing was right on, much better than any local auto parts supplier."

"Parts Geek supplies dealer quality parts at below dealer costs. The website is great, very easy to navigate and order. I have used Parts Geek a number of times in the past month and plan to keep using them for the great price points and fast shipping.
The latest job I was quoted $420 to replace a front exhaust pipe from a major exhaust retailer, I was able to purchase the pipe here for $65 and installed it in less than 30 minutes.
Thanks PartsGeek for giving us relief from the ultra high mark-ups that the auto industry is so famous for !

"I ordered a cargo liner on May 8th 2012, it is now May 21st. Still no parts. I have contacted them six times through their ticket system, the only answer I get is I'm sorry but it'll be soon. I want my money back. I'm moving in four days across the country and needed that part because I have to put my 100lb dog in the back of my brand new Suburban. But of course my part wont get here on time for me to use it, so I'm out of 110 dollars and the use of the cargo liner. Now what am I to do? I looked into filing a claim with the BBB and saw that they have a D rating and over 300+ people with the same type problem that I've been having. Plus since I'm moving what is going to happen if they actually do send the part? Buyer beware their website states no cancellations, and no changing your order what so ever."

"Avoid this company. I ordered brake rotors and they sent the wrong pair even though there was only one listed for my vehicle. One of the boxes arrived completely destroyed with the rotor laying on the ground. I had to pay for the return and received authorization for the return and a separate authorization for the return without an original box. After a month I received credit for one of the rotors and obviously not the other that did not have the original box.
This seems to be a dishonest company or at best, simply inept and I would caution anyone strongly from doing business with them."
