(assuming computer parts) I was very surprised to find out this website has excellent prices on their merchandise. Excellent customer service (by telephone), and a very easy website to maneuver through their vast variety of vehicle products. Customer service through email was a breeze. I got a response the next business day! That is fast considering most online customer service responses take anywhere from 48-72hrs! My order was processed and shipped in less than 48hrs. What was really neat was the fact that my order shipped from two different warehouses to get me my parts the quickest! The best part of the transaction was my order was correct! You don't know how many times I ordered something online and it was either the wrong part or I was missing something. Thank you very much PartsGeek! Shopping has never been so easy. Even after shipping charges, the item was still 42% less than the 10-minute oil change place!
