My expirience with was straight forward and simple. I saved $186 on my purchase of 8 sprak plugs and a set of wires compared to the price my shop wanted to charge me.

I was very impressed with my first order. The prices were very competitive and the shipping rates were very affordable. I ordered my parts Wednesday morning and received them Friday afternoon. The company sent me several emails to update me on the progress of my order before it was shipped. I will absolutely do business with them again!

I needed to order a fuel cap and the website was easy enough to get through. I chose ground delivery within 3 - 7 business days. I actually got it within the next two days from the day I ordered. I was surprised at how smooth it all went especially since I am not a fan of online ordering.

I do not recommend using parts geek for the following reasons: they cannot be reached by phone. even though they have a phone number, they never answer it , nor do they call you if you leave a message for a return call. also, if they send you the wrong part, even if it is there fault, you pay the return shipping. They really botched an order of mine and it cost me 42.00 to return the parts. I tried calling them and had no luck. think about the lack of quality control involved here. why would they care if they were callous putting your order together? They are not taking any responsibility.

This was my first time ordering from Parts Geek, and I was pleasantly satisfied. The order confirmation and shipping communication was prompt and accurate, and my parts arrived very quick and were just what I needed. The parts prices were very fair as well.
