"Quite frankly, I think partsgeek.com service and quality control suck, because the part I ordered was broken when I checked the contents in the box, so I returned the part for a replacement but was instead credited the cost of the part...I can understand not knowing whether the damage can be tracked to who or where it happened, what I don't understand is placing the accountablility of returned parts, (no doubt defective parts), directly on the customer by charging a 15% re-stocking fee. which in itself is questionable because why re-stock a defective piece, only To re-sell it, assign an RMA to start the cycle, if not RE-cycle, of re-stocking fees to their marks, otherwise known as, consumers? Yeah, Im reporting them to my local news consumer helpline then the BBB. As a solumn promise, I never want to order anything from partsgeek.com ever, again."

"The Cabin Air Filter for my 2001 Lexus turned out to be a cheap imitation of the real filter which was claimed to be Original Equipment Merchandise (OEM) and not as pictured on their website. It is obviously a counterfeit knock-off made in China or some other third world country for about 75 cents. Having worked for U. S. Customs and seeing imported products from around the world throughout my career, I am familiar with such products. I would never buy another product from Parts Geek."

"E-mail updates accurate. Product arrived when promised, in perfect condition, and to my surprise was factory German part. I will be ordering more parts through them for my daughter's VW."

"This website has been phenomenal! I currently own a 1998 Volkswagen Passat and for this vehicle parts are extremely hard to find. I found this website ten months ago and have been using it ever since. I would like to continue to use this website and not to mention the prices are outstanding!"
