"NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS !! STILL AVE NOT RECEIVED A MIXER I PAID FOR IN JUNE(4 months ago) THey strung me along for so long that I was unable to do a charge-back on my credit card. "I ordered Yamaha piano offered at best price on internet. I was concerned by negative feedback I found on Pricegrabber. However, I received the product in 3 days, in good factory package. I also got phone call from them confirming shipment. The address on their web site is wrong - which made me worry first - they explained that they just moved to a different location. The invoice lists "B&S Enterprise USA Inc, 715 Myrtle Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205 TEL 718-855-8100", and their other name is "S&P Electronics". The low prices explain why they do not have a toll free number and extensive customer service, but they do return phone calls and I am satisfied with their service. Advice: Bargaining on internet usually involves some risk, and I recommend calling the number listed on their site if you are hesitant before placing order."
"After much searching, they had the lowest price of anywhere, by quite a bit actually, I read the mixed reviews and decided to give it a shot. it took them forever to ship the item, I ordered on the 19th, they shipped the order on the 27th and it arrived today on the 31st. I got the item, brand new in the box with all of the paperwork and accessories. Im happy with the product. in conclusion I wouldn't reccomend ordering from park ave if you are in a hurry, but if you don't need your order quick, order from 'em and save some green. "
"ordered online and opted for the overnite shipping even thought it was 40 dollars, emailed asking about the order and recieved an email next day saying (in transit) and that is all. 6 days later after multiple emails i finally recieved my order which the product was in good condition and worked fine but had 2nd day air label on box(which i still have) i emailed asking about the shipping difference of 15 dollars and have recieved no reply at all. their phone support is terrible if they even answer the phone and email support is even worse, one line replies if you get a reply at all. i will not recommend them as the small savings of money i saved i spent on shipping which was not even done per their advertisement. "
"Stereo ordered on 4/14/05, but not received until 5/13/05. They did not include a sales receipt with my shipment. Even after numerous phone calls they did not send the sales receipt. Each time I was told they would send out the receipt that day, but they never did. I'll never buy anything from them again. "
"I've ordered the home theater and they sent me the used one (with missing parts). I had to return on my expence and they promised to send a replacement. Second times, exactly the same box(!) was delivered. I disputed the charges. As required by Visa, I returned the merchandise to the address they provided to me (and from which it was sent both times) but they claimed that they never received it and address is different from their billing address. so now they have it back (I'm 100% sure) and my card was charged for it."

"I was able to find what I needed cheaper here than anywhere else. The items were shipped to me in just 2 days even though I used normal shipping. Very Happy."
