The owner emailed me personally to let me know and said he would personally see my order was shipped when new stocks arrived. He did and emailed me when he shipped it as well. I\u0027ve only ordered from ParagonCA one other time and I must say both times were a pleasure. Small stock of assorted items but A1 excellant service. I ordered the Bios savior(on both occassions) and I\u0027m very satisfied with the product(something everyone should have if they flash bios much or just for bios backup safety). I whole-heartedly recommend ParagonCA to everyone. "I ordered a Thermaltake NB-1 chipset fan and heatsink. Paragonca had it for about half the retail price. It was well packaged and arrived in the time stated (2 days). I would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them. "
