Taking peoples money first, then trying to buy the product is still called theft.I am pursuing my claim with the FTC, and am contacting an attorney. Not only should we get our money back, this person should be prevented from opening a business, or 'operating' one whatsoever.Now, this is AFTER I have already written a formal request for refund via email (in response to an email received)!!!! "placed two orders in october to the tune of $75. last i heard was in december that a refund will be going out to all orders past the guaranteed 6 week delivery time. went to the website today only to see this message: "THIS SITE IS CURRENTLY DOWN AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING. "Don't expect this company to honor anything at all. Made a purchase in October...got less than 1/2 my order AFTER I contacted my bank. Then as requested, I sent a written request for a refund. Nothing. Surprised? NOPE! I will be contacting my bank again. Hopefully they will be able to do something. I am not alone!"

"Holy crap! I thought i was the only one getting screwed by Paracord Master. i started reading these reviews and got board after about 5 or 6 because its the samething over and over. i ordered back on Sept10 waited acouple monthes with out and product.So I sent an email to them and they shiped a partial order. Then a monthe or so later I had to send another email and got acouple more items. Here it is the end of Jan and i still havent recived 2 of the items I paid for. I tried to pull up their web site and it says that they are doing maintenance or something and will be down for a " few weeks ". I imagin that just means im SOL. Ive tried a different site to get Paracord. Its ( supplycaptain.com ). "
"I did get my first order in early September, 2011. The second and third order were partially filled and then the runaround started. Had a slightly similar situation years ago, before the internet, and that place was going bankrupt because of very cheap prices and not being able to keep up with huge demand.Paracord Master et al is the pits."

They sent me an email saying I could substitute my order for other colors, so I tried to do that, and was told that even though they had most of my order in stock, I couldn't substitute anything, and would have to wait longer?!? Don't waste your time with this company! It doesn't matter if they're cheaper than other companies, because you won't get your order!!!"
