"Ordered the parts boxes (06911) and found they were about as bad of quality you can get. The cardboard is corrugated, but so thin you crush it with your fingers if the grab it too tight. The dividers won't stay in their slots as the slots are only half way down and the box bows, so they fall out. Very disappointed, obviously made in China or something."
"Good prices and customer service. I ordered ribbons for my easter baskets we put together for church and everything arrived on time. The only negative is that the website seems outdated."

"We placed an order of clear PVC boxes and a few other supplies for our business and were very pleased with the results.
Customer service was quick to answer emails and honored a price match on one of the items we ordered which was less at another store.
They are located in Orange County, CA - about 200 miles from our location. We placed our order at 2:15 PM 11/14/2011 and it was at our door via FedEx at 12:30 PM the next day.
We are happy with the PVC boxes and will very likely be ordering from them again."
"This company lets you know right when you put something in your cart if it is in stock or not. They let you decide if you want to backorder or not and if you do they do charge for backorders but they do not do so without your prior permission and knoledge. They review from 2006 is wrong as to this."
"I was looking for cheap gift boxes for my start up online business and I found Paper Mart. I placed the order on Jan 22, and I got my items on the 28. Very fast shipping considering 26 & 27 was weekend. They got my order correct, items as described. No problem at all.
I definitely will buy more from them. Awesome products, service and shipping."
"I run a small business and am always searching for good value and choices in online shopping. I was very excited to find Papermart with its selection of products and apparently great prices. I placed an order with them for 6 ribbons (velvet, wired iridescent umbre and verano natural weave), 2 sets of organza wraps and a set of designer camisole bags.
As I do a large amount of online shopping, I am always careful about checking shipping costs. I was given an “exact amount” (I quote from Papermart’s shipping policy) for shipping for my order before I checked out. This was $8.30. After I had placed the order, I received a confirmation email which stated that several of the items were on back order and that I would be charged additional shipping for these items. Having been given an “exact” total for shipping, I was not happy with this situation and informed Papermart customer service that it might be helpful to customers if they change the wording on the website to avoid this confusion. I have not found any notification that customers will be charged additional shipping for back orders in their shipping policy or FAQs, only in the email.
Papermart offered me information on how to cancel the rest of my order and return the sent items. I decided to continue with the order but emailed customer service stating that I did not want anything shipped or any monies debited from my account until they had emailed me the cost of the additional shipping. I had limited internet access for the next week but checked email whenever possible in the belief that my request as a customer with a pending order would be met. When I was able to check my account, I discovered that they had shipped the additional items without informing me of the additional shipping costs. They had also shipped almost every item separately (except for 1 package containing 2 items) on almost consecutive days and had charged me $6.02 shipping each on all but 1 of the additional 5 packages. This meant that despite the fact I had asked for the additional shipping costs before delivery of the backordered items, I was charged an additional $24.08 from my account without my permission. It also made the total shipping costs for my order $32.38, all for small and light items.
I understand that Papermart sends orders out quickly. However if, like me, you have a variety of items you would like to order, some of which fluctuate in stock (and the website does show this), my experience is that Papermart will not communicate the additional shipping charges to you or offer you the option to have all your items or even just backordered items sent in one additional shipment – as is common practice among other online retailers to enable full customer satisfaction. Instead the cost of additional shipping, possibly for each individual item, will be debited directly from your account.
This situation is possible because if you order online, you give your credit/debit card details (of course) and are informed after giving them that they will be held (offline) by the company. I understand that for some customers this makes transactions easier but in my case, it allowed Papermart to debit my account expressly without my permission. I cannot find any information in the ordering or account information that states that credit/debit card details will be held – only after you have given your card information.
I contacted customer service with my complaints and they said the website shows that some items fluctuate and it was my choice to continue with the order. This is true but they did not even acknowledge the fact that my express wish to be informed of additional shipping charges in advance had been ignored or respond to my concern regarding the information placed on the website. In fact, they placed all responsibility on me as the consumer to have read the shipping policy and FAQs page. Believe me, I had and have read these pages!
