"These guys are worthless. Very unprofessional and their customer service is non-existant. They advertised a paintball jersey as being available in size XS-S, which I ordered. When I received it, it was a size S-M (way too big for my son). I immediately called them and after much delay, was finally told that they had it incorrectly listed on their website as an XS-S, and that a such a size was not available. I asked for a return shipping label to return the item, which was promised. I have contacted them three times now, requesting the return shipping label be sent, but three months later and I still haven't received one, nor have I received a credit on my credit card. They no longer respond to my calls or emails. TRUST ME -- DO NOT USE!!!! :("

"Will not use again. One item shipped to me was wrong. Took them almost a month and three weeks to resend correct part. Customer service gave me the same story three times. Was never called back to advise on when it was shipped. (Just got a email with a track # thas untrackable). Noone responds to emails. I even got a email from the president stating if there was any issues to email them so which I did and it bounced back as a bad address. =( at least the initial order shipped within a reasonable time... Someone did delete my facebook post since I was upset. If you are so quick to delete negative posts why don't they tae a time to reply to emails!!!!"

"I ordered some stuff from these guys and paid the extra cash to have it shipped to me on a tuesday and it did not arrive. When I checked the status of my order on their web site it said my stuff had not been shipped yet!! So I called and the guy told me he could have my stuff delivered by friday. Thats bad service in my book and I will not be ordering anything from them in the future. "

"I was excited to order my paintball stuff. I found this website and finally was able to place my order! I was nervous because i saw the reviews literally 1 day after i placed my order! However, my experience went ok.
The negative:
I was unable to use paypal
No working tracking number was given
Their link to look up previous orders would not work after i placed my order to make sure it actually completed the order

All in all i am very satisfied. I saved a lot of money and i will be placing more orders in the future."

"Yep, I absolutely have to agree with the last two reviews of this company. They have HORRIBLE customer service and you will get conflicting answers from employees depending on who you speak with IF you get to speak with anyone. They refuse to back anything their employees say. They totally ignored all my emails and phone calls telling them my mailing address had changed between the time I paid for my order and the time they actually got it shipped (30 days later). They shipped it to the old address after my repeatedly telling them I had moved. The item got lost or stolen and now they are making me wait until (or IF) the UPS claim gets resolved in their favor. I guess if it does not get resolved in their favor I am out the $114 I spent on my husbands Christmas present. That was over two months ago. They are just plain rude and not helpful. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! They will probably go down in flames soon. I would not waste my money. There are plenty of other good companys out there that deserve my money."

"AWFUL BUSINESS!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE... They used to good sales and $2 vip membership for no shipping (even thou customer service was awful). But they cancelled all memberships without notice and jacked up their prices! They have a so-called $1 menu, but nothing's a dollar naymore! So why would you ever shop here? No selection, highly UNcompetitive prices that are all high, horrible shipping, and awful customer service. If you need something, look somewhere else b/c your almost guaranteed to find it cheaper w/ less hassle."

"I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying from this company. I did get the item in a timely manner, but we returned it. I followed directions given to me by Philip Howard via email. I waited for my refund, and waited. I made a phone call to the company and spoke with a woman who said she sent an email to shipping to see if the item had been returned and she would get back with me. I never heard from her. I sent an email to Philip, did not hear back from him. Sent an email to the 'sales dept.', did not hear back from them. Sent another email to Philip, did not hear back from him. Finally, I made another phone call and actually 'caught' Philip (I had to push the button for 'sales' because they won't answer the one for customer service). He apologized and said they were backed up because of Christmas, but he would make sure he got in touch with shipping, etc. and find out about my refund and get back with me. I'm still waiting. It has been over 2 months since I returned the item and have NOT received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. "

"Very disappointed. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but they were unable to deliver the goods because of one back ordered item that their website said was in stock. I had to cancel my order and will have to shop locally. It took a long time to get to a customer service representative."

"Very disappointed! Ordered 10 days prior to a birthday over the phone because I knew I may need to expedite shipping. was told items were all in stock and that shipment was only traveling 2 states and would certainly arrive in time. Now 10 days later item has not arrived. paintball-online is telling me that it shipped 4 days ago but according to UPS it hasn't even been picked up yet. Now our child is having a presentless birthday and his paintball party postponed! Not even an "I'm sorry" from paintball-online."

"My boyfriend ordered his stuff the 30th of September, it's now the 21st of October and still no sign of his stuff being shipped. We've called a few times and they've said they'll be shipping the stuff right away and send an email saying the stuff has been shipped, no email no product. I would neverr recommend this place."
