"Joe Carrillo was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe. Although when calling pacific columns for a delivery date I received a communication on May 11th saying my columns would be delivered on May 14. Given it was a weekend, that is WAY too little time to organize help for unloading. You need to fix that and where are my newel posts you said I would receive three weeks ago? Now I'm ready to start the job and I don't have those."
