We will either a) issue a 100% refund and a pre-paid return shipping label or b) send you a different set of pillows that we choose together based on your preferences at no expense to you (if you also do not like these pillows we will gladly make you whole by issuing you a full refund and a pre-paid shipping label to return all pillows). We carry over 800 different pillows and I am confident that we can find a pillow that will be perfect for you. Our goal is to get our customers the best possible pillow for their sleep preference so they get a great night of sleep every night and we want to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their experience with our company. At this point I have also emailed you directly and have not heard back. Please reply back and we will make this right.”
"Pacific Pillows has excellent customer service. I purchased the ritz-carlton deluxe suite package and was so excited. But when I put on the feather bed it didnt cover my entire bed! I was very dissapointed but decided to sleep on it for a week or two to see if it would stretch. It didn't. I just got off the phone with them. They are sending me another featherbed to try out with a return label for the defective one. If they both dont fit they already offered to refund my $$$! That is great service. Shop with them confidentally."
