"Very nice selection of templates. Service is very fast. Searching through the template gallery is a bit quirky and time consuming. It would be nice to see more templates that coordinate with business cards, letterhead and other such promotional material, as sometimes you may find the perfect business card template yet there is no coordinating letterhead and/or brochure template available. "I chose PsPrint because they had an East Coast and West Coast printing facilities. I placed my order for party invitations for my sons' birthday party weeks in advance of his party. I was dishearten to learn that instead of filling my order on the East Coast (where I live) my order was filled on the West Coast. By filling it and shipping from the West Coast, my order will be delivered days past when I was needing it (as of this review,, it is still in transit). I contacted PsPrint Customer service about this and was told by their rep, Michael, that this was how I ordered it. (I do not remember an option to select what coast I am on while ordering). So, I am saying to customers who are interested in trying this company, be careful on placing orders. They may not be filled where you would think they should be, aka East Coast addresses filled by the East Coast location, West Coast by the West Coast. And I would place the order at least a month in advance on three weeks."

"I love psPrint. I've used them for postcards, brochures, mailing services, theatre programs, business cards, flyers, and I'm sure there are more things I'm not thinking of right now. They usually turn things around more quickly than I expect, and their quality has been consistently excellent. I get much better customer service than I expect from an "internet printer," and people there are consistently friendly and quick to respond to my concerns. Their prices are the best part. "Print quality is good, but sometimes inconsistent. We ordered (7) batches of (500) 8-1/2 x 11 flyers. (6) of the (7) batches came out good. The last batch was bad - had some very obvious blocking of colors. Ok - so no one's perfect - but we were on deadline (tradeshow in Europe), so we had to pay an arm and a leg to get them reprinted locally. What's done is done.After the show, we reached out to PSPrint (firstname.lastname@example.org) on 1/26 - got a response at first to rectify the situation, but haven't heard back in over a month now. We're not looking for a refund, but at least some credit for a future job for our added expenses since they messed up the job. We went back and forth for a bit to show/describe the problem via our scans of the brochures - but haven't heard anything since Feb. 11.Again, no one's perfect and we understand that.. but it's the one month mark now, and we've followed up twice already since then (2/19 & 3/1) - so they apparently just don't care!Lesson here is: PSPrint is good for prints as they're inexpensive, but if you're in a rush and can't wait to get proofs - forget it. Get it done locally instead, as most likely, a mistake may be made. We will likely do business with them again, but only for non-rush jobs, and a proof needs be received."
