Order correct and promply shipped.

I have made a number of purchases from Provantage over the past 5 years and I thought it was time for a review.  
 
This most recent purchase of 4 Tripplite ISOBAR surge suppressors was typical of my experience with Provantage. Provantage had this item in stock at a good price. I placed the order and received an immediate confirmation and the shipping tracking number was sent later that day. My shipment arrived in great shape on the promised delivery date. What more can you ask for?  
 
On a previous Provantage order for 3 Belkin surge supressors, one of the items was defective. I contacted Provantage customer service and they arranged for a no-hassle return and replacement.  
 
Overall, I have been very pleased with Provantage.

I have bought from Provantage at least once before, this time I bought a Keytronic E03600P1 keyboard. FedEx was right on time with this one, but the packaging was all on top of the keyboard with the kbd's carton right at the bottom of the shipping box. You'd think the warehouse people would know the proper way to pack and there was plenty of packing if they had just put some on the top and some on the bottom. As it was the keyboard pack was right against the bottom of the outer carton. Anyway, keyboards are sturdy and it made it through just fine. It was just what I expected. .bh.  

Have ordered many products from Provantage in the past. We haven't had a problem yet. There shipping is sometimes a bit pricy, but they are always fast to fulfill orders. Provantage returns are a straight-forward process.

Very fast shipping and product was up and running in no time. I will order from again. A+++ seller.

Item arrived on time. While the item was not damaged, it easily could have been, as it was poorly packaged. Item was in a box that was much too large for it with minimal padding. You could hear the item move inside the box when you moced the box.

Ordered a wireless router on Saturday, the item was shipped the next Monday and I received my tracking notice saying it would arrive by Nov 13th. Seemed a little long going from California to Arizona.  
 
Checked on the order status Thursday morning and noticed that it was going to their warehouse in Ohio. So I sent an email asking if they gave me the correct tracking number. No response, so I called Friday morning and talked to a CSR and she had to check on the order. If they found it they were going to ship it back out again ground from OH. So 7-10 business days to go from CA to AZ via UPS ground just wasn't the kind of service I'm used to receiving from other online retailers. I asked that if it hadn't been shipped to go ahead and cancel the order.  
 
I received an email shortly after saying that it hadn't been shipped and they would credit my account once the product, which is in their OH warehouse, would arrive back in CA and be processed. So another 2-3 weeks for a credit for an item already in their warehouse which I never even received.  
 
Not sure why they didn't just send it out again from the CA warehouse directly to me. They didn't even offer. They could have even put it on 2nd day from OH, and I would have been happy.  
 
I bought from another reliable retailer and got the same product for about $15 less.  

Pros (tons of them): When shopping for electronics, particularly computer related, I always consider Provantage. Their website is fast and easy to navigate which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Links to manufacturer’s sites add a caveat to any further questions you might have about a particular product. Their pricing is very competitive and shipping is super fast.  
 
Cons (only one of them): I find Provantage's S&H costs tend to be higher than most other sites, but to me paying the little extra frieght is worth it for such a highly efficient and well organized business as Provantage. And the one time I requested an RMA because the product was not compatible with my hardware, they delivered a full refund.  
 
Overall: I always mention Provantage to my friends and colleges. I recall one friend I recommended Provantage to for the purchase of a computer cable he was looking for. He was shocked to find the product he ordered that afternoon was delivered to his residence the next morning. I am sure he spread the word too.

Prompt shipping. Arrived on time and in good condition. Would order from Provantage again and recommend to others too to order.

I have made purchases from Provantage on several occasions.  
The items I purchased were either not available from other online retailers or were offered at a better price.  
I am very happy with my latest purchase, a TruLink KVN switch, as I have been with the previous purchases.  
I would happily recommend Provantage to other shoppers, they have a vast selection of products, good prices and reasonable shipping rates.

I really happy with your service.  
The delivery term was very short, the product quolity is fine!

The DVDs I was looking for were located easily on the Provantage web site, in stock and delivered in a few days as orederd.

I would highly not recommend this only store it took 20 days before they even ship the item out 20 days and they just started shipping it so i have to wait till arrives now. The item i ordered was a cooler master heatsink that was on back order there site said 5-7 days but i waited 20. They didn't even offer any time of apology for taking so long some other website may do. I'm never going to order from them again they may had had a lower price of 5 dollars towards there competition on this heat sink but its not worth waiting 20 days just to receive it.

Recieved merchandise almost overnight (but paid for the slow boat service). No tricks, switches or overcharges. I was worried about this because their price was wayyyyy lower than anyone else. In summary, got exactly what I ordered at a terrific price, and ridiculously fast shipping. I'm still a little nervous doing business with them again, after reading some of the other buyers comments, but I definetly take the chance again. They gave me a good deal.
