"Great company to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about PROPortable. Justin at PROPortable is a great guy to deal with. I e-mailed him back and forth for a while about their notebooks and PDAs asking multiple questions and he took the time to e-mail me back a personal response on every one and answered all my questions. He obviously has a great knowledge of all the products they sell. I ordered an Asus Pocket PC and was given a tracking number and my order was received well-packed on Friday. I am very happy with my experience and I am considering a notebook purchase from them.
It's tough to find sellers online who really care about customers and take a personalized approach but I think PROPortable is definitely one of them. I will be doing business with them again in the future."

And make sure every customer is satisfied. As the co-founder to a popular PocketPC website, I have read about many of my users with similiar experiences.

Lots of people claim to have what I ordered - an Asus DigiMatrix - but these guys were realistic about timing and made everything carefree. The owner even shipped my box out himself.

They delivered the computer in a very timely manner which allowed me to start using it almost immediately. I would highly recommend PROportable to anyone looking to purchase a computer."
"Ordered a 730bluetooth edition from PROPortable on Friday, October 23rd. He shipped it on Monday and it will be here on Thursday! Not only did I get a great price on this, I got help on what software to use for the vga screen and etc. You will never find better customer service then Justin. He is even a regular poster in www.pocketmatrix.com. He is there for anyone who needs help!"

"In a ddition to providing a great product at a good price, the ProPortable staff gave me a lot of personal attention and advice prior to the purchase that gave me confidence in their knowledge of the products. Once I ordered, they arranged for shipping from a nearby source to shorten the delivery time. They have also responded quickly to my questions since the sale. I'm eager to to business with them because their products and their service are both excellent."

"My experience with Proportable was just great! Justin was immediately responsive to my order. Even to the point of emailing me back within a few hours saying that they were working extra hours and would most likely cut their normal build time down from 5 days to the next afternoon. Indeed, that's exactly what happened and I had the computer within another day. He was very attentive to a couple of setup issues I had with the unit. I'm completely satisfied and would order from them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this company!"
