I experienced absolutely no high pressure up-grading as I indicated my purchase was for a back up Canon 20D and an \u0022IS\u0022 zoom lens. I purchased on Saturday 1-13-06 got a confirmation e-mail of 1-14-06 (Sunday if you can believe that!) Item was shipped on 1-17-06 Tuesday (Monday was MLK Day) and got the camera on 1-19-06 Thursday!! That\u2019s less than a week and we had a national holiday stuck in there too! This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had dealing with an internet reseller (or even a retail experience if I think about it).<br>Thanks Profeel - I will be back for more.<br><br>Also a special thanks to resellerratings.com! She told me up front that the camera was not in stock, but they would get it to me after the weekend. This was still faster than the normal delivery time. Today--only three days after I placed my order--it came --in pristine condition--brand new --in box with a full warrantee. <br>Let me make one thing clear for those of you looking to save money by purchasing online. It\u0027s worth the extra 2-5% for the peace of mind to purchase from this company!!!! <br>If you must qualify the $$ in your own mind---consider it insurance--insurance that you will get your product--FAST without paying some outrageous shipping fee that NO ONE but some fly by night company charges--in great shape--with the full american warrantee--and any issues will be dealt with promptly. ITS WORTH THE $$$ FOR PEACE OF MIND ALONE!!! <br>FYI --I called another company that offered the unit for the least amount. They wanted twice the amount for shipping and as an extra --for the low low price of only $79 I could have had the camcorder in the same amount of time I recieved it from Profeel!!
