Very responsive, good communications via email, great product price with a very reasonable shipping cost.

Just for the record, I would reccommend Profeel, David and his staff to any and everyone looking to buy cameras and accessorries. Very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and polite. The shipping dept. packaged my camera so well and I received it in 3 days from New York to Colorado and Profeel paid for the shipping. AWESOME!!!  
I will definitely add Profeel to my list of stores to do business with in the future.

My contact with Profeel.com was great. I talked to Sharon in customer service and she was always on top of everything. I placed my order early Friday morning. My Canon XH A1s was shipped out on Tuesday Evening. That was the only thing that I really had any problem with, but she told me that it would be sent out on Tuesday when I purchased it, so no big deal. They shipped it for free UPS ground with tracking. I just recieved my package in the mail today (Friday) so it was a week wait but it was well worth it. Great company and Great Prices. Thanks and I will definately be doing business again. Ohh yeah. I read on some reviews that it was hard to get in touch with the people at profeel. I didn't have this problem. They answered ever call that I made in a few seconds.
