This model had a backorder that was terribly inconvenient and put the customer service problems of the manufacturer (Clevo) on this seller. Lynn went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on. The backorder problem took about a month and I received about 15 e-mail responses to my continuous barrage of questions. She made sure I never felt like Portablez was running away from giving me good service.
I've been using the machine heavy for several weeks now and it is great. I will look to Portablez for notebooks in the future."
