I ordered the 8890 notebook with all of the bells and whistles (3.2GHz Extreme P4, RAID, 2 x 60 Gig 7200 rpm HD, DVD-RW, 16" screen, custom paint, and on and on and on). It's hard to comapare prices with other vendors because I haven't been able to find any other vendor who can pack all of the same options in a single notebook - let's just say that the machine was well worth the price. Tom @ Admin was very responsive to all of my questions during the ordering and shipping process. I was a little anxious as I've never dealt with Sager laptops, and I was concerned that the quality might not equal that of some of the "Big Name" brands (Dell, etc.) - Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. I received the machine, nicely packaged, pulled it out of the box, fired it up, and have been amazed ever since - this thing is a beast. It is a solid, well constructed, beautifully painted and blisteringly fast masterpiece of computing art. I will definitely shop PCTorque for my future tech. purchases."

I returned my drive and recieved a new working one all within the course of a week! It is refreshing to deal with a company that obviously cares about customer service. Would definately reccomend them to anyone."

"The sales staff was very easy to deal with and they called to confirm my order and make sure i was ordering what i wanted which was very helpful.
There was a problem with the tracking number on the laptop, so it wasnt showing up, but after i contacted them about it they sorted everything out with UPS and i was able to track the package. It arrived on time and works great now, although i initially had a few issues with setting the wifi and video card up. I ended up having to resolve those problems myself because the Sager support staff is absolutely useless and at times down right rude. Not only did they have no idea what they were talking about, but they were giving me ridiculous "solutions" to my problems, all of which turned out to be completely wrong. However, this is not a reflection on pc torque, just a comment on the support staff of the brand they sell. By contrast their staff and support was extremely helpful.
As a good example, i noticed there had been a further discount on the price right after i bought my laptop, and i called them up and they gave me a 50 dollar credit back to my card and upgraded my service plan to compensate. Its good to see companies take care of their customers!
Anyways i would definitely do business with them again and would reccomend them to anyone who wants the best price on a custom laptop, and is good enough with computers to not have to rely on the Sager customer service as it is practically non-existant."

"I ordered a high-end laptop from PC Torque at around 8 pm, and it shipped the day after next (which is much faster than I can say for certain commodity laptop suppliers). Their web site was easy to use, and their price was the best I could find for this model. Also, PC Torque answered a question I had in December about the model, a month before I placed the order. So - so far I'm very happy with my experience with them, and I look forward to receiving the laptop. I hope I never need service from PC Torque, but I'm confident that it would match the rest of my experience with them."
