Product was packaged good and everything was in great condition. I will buy from them again! "
"Very smooth transaction. Found on Price Watch so know price was real good. Bought a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP motherboard. Web site is a little tricky and I could not find tracking number but was treated well over phone. Took only a week from placing order to installing MoBo into my system and I am on the West Coast. Packaged well and came in heat shrinked retail box as advertised. Great company would buy again. "

"The CPU I ordered was EXACTLY as ordered and even works. This must be due to Packaging the Box was small but a lot larger than the processor that was on a tray wrapped in pink bubble and had foam peanunts. The box did not rattle. I also want to comment on the Customer service. It rocks! I say this because I needed the tracking number as FEDEX did not do as promised, yet again, and tried to deliver the PKG to my home after I called. (They left my Proc on the door step) I know it was ground and they dont need a Sig but, my neighbor is alway home why not give it to them? Anyway I called PC Supply Source and they answered before the First ring, is that possible, and they gave me the info right away, how nice. No BS, no well thats not policy, just the service I expected.! :)"
