This optional feature adds more security especially to high value package or unsecured neighborhoods, it also gives you priority handling in the case if Fedex loses your package. Many of customers have taken advantage of this.

Particularly recently, I\u0027ve come to expect that \u0022good service\u0022 is considered to be when you place your order, and receive it within a reasonable time. I\u0027ve come to not expect much more than that. PCSupplySource has renewed my faith, and raised the bar. Here is my experience:<br><br>I wanted to buy a birthday present for my brother, and have it shipped directly to him, since we live on opposite coasts--I didn\u0027t want to double shipping charges by having to send it out from here after I received it.<br><br>I did some research online to find what I thought was a good price. PCSupplySource had among the very best in prices, after you included shipping costs. I then re-examined those lowest price vendors, and looked at their ratings, and found PCSupplySource to be the highest rated. So, I placed the order simply, as I said, hoping that it would arrive. I was pleasently surprised.<br><br>I had put a note on my order, in the \u0022special instructions\u0022 section of the order page, saying that this was a gift, and if they could, just leave the invoice out. I doubted as to whether it would be read or not, based on some of my experiences with various vendors. To my surprise, when I got my voicemail this morning, I heard a personal message from PCSupplySource. In listening, I initially expected that it was some bad news, that it couldn\u0027t ship, they didn\u0027t like my credit card, etc. Instead, it was \u0022Tom\u0022, just giving me an update to say that the item shipped, that they processed as a gift, leaving out cost information and that it would arrive at my brother\u0027s house either the following day, or possibly 2 business days later (I paid for no special shipping costs), and that they appreciated my business. Tom seemed to me to be genuinely appreciative of my business. This was all in addition to the standard email receipt, etc.<br><br>This is almost unheard of anymore--especially from the vendor who is offering the best price.<br><br>From this experience, I can recommend PCSupplySource, 100%. I simply could not be more happy than I have been with this experience.
