Great price. Received Logitech Harmony 550 remote in excellent condition.

I ordered an air conditioner online for local delivery and installation in Brooklyn at the lowest price I could find. I received very helpful and courteous phone customer service throughout order process. The delivery and install were on time, quick and professional. Overall an excellent experience.

We bought range, refrigerator & microwave and paid in full on March 22, 2008 from Elmont, NY store. When I called for delivery on May 15, 2008, Craig Steinberg, man who sold the items, said that he didn't have the refrigerator. I was shocked. He said he had something else but it is COD $500 or so. When I protested his unethical behavior, he started screaming at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. Complete lie. It finally got resolved when my husband showed up at the store. Also delivery is NOT guaranteed. Now I am just stucked. I will never, ever buy another item at PC Richard & Son, particularly at Elmont, NY store.
