"I don't think I could have been more satisfied about the transaction. Below is a summary of my order with PC-Pistop.
I had ordered a pair memory on the 12th, and received an invoice on the 13th. I had expected it to ship then, and receive it the next week on Monday. However, the memory had no come by the next Wednesday, so I was worried about my order, whether it was forgotten or if shipping had lost it. I tried to contact them, but could not reach them on the phone, and the email responses seemed pretty generic. Of course now I was very worried, and quite upset, and then I received an invoice in the mail from them that day, implying that the memory had been shipped on the 13th. I was furious, and you can probably tell from Paul's response that I was not the least bit satisfied.
Once everything from Comdex has calmed down though, Paul cleared up the issue. Apparently there was a snow storm up in CO, and then Xtreme DDR was out to Comdex the next week, so there was nothing that could be done about it. After clearing up the situation, Paul even upped the delivery to 2nd day air!
I must say, that I am more than impressed by their customer service. Even with the slight mishap, none I would entirely blame on PC-Pitstop, I would definitely shop there again. Paul is a class act, and demonstrates what real customer service is all about."

“Hello. I'm sorry you're having a bad experience with us. It sounds like you placed your order on the weekend before Comdex or during Comdex, in which case we could not ship out because we were closed. This was mentioned on our site and on our voicemail system. Also, we are a family owned business with only one phone line at present. If we are on the line with a customer we cannot answer an additional call. If you leave a msg or send us an email we normally get back to people on a VERY timely basis. It has been rough since coming back from Comdex because of all the backlog. We will be caught up by Monday. Please email us or call us any time and we'll help you. We always strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.”

"Paul is swift, efficient and knowledgable. The website layout is easy to use and the service is personal. This has got to be one of the best buying/customer service experiences I have ever had - even better than Newegg!

Paul uses his experience to make sure you get what you need. He checks your order and makes sure you purchase a solution that will work - something very helpful if you are new to SCSI like I am.

We will definately be using PC-Pitstop for any SCSI needs we have in the future."

"I did a search on pricewatch for Vantec Stealth 80mm case fans, and saw that PC Pitstop had about the best price advertised. When I checked their website, tho, I found their price to be higher, so e-mailed them about the discrepancy, and asked if they'd pricematch their pricewatch ad.

I received a nice e-mail from Paul, who said they'd honor the price, and refund my c/c the difference, so placed the order.

After 5 days, I still hadn't received any confirmation of my order being sent, so e-mailed them, asking about it.

Paul responded again, and said they were temporarily out, but expected some in, in about 2 days. He also added that he would upgrade my shipping from Fedex ground to Fedex 2 day, at their cost. :)

It's customer service like this that will cause me to go back to PC Pitstop and shop again. No hassles, no blowing me off, just quick answers, and friendly customer service!

They're also supposed to be implementing a new shopping cart program that will allow shoppers to track future orders."

"Purchased 3ware escalade raid card. very good value. i will definitely use in the future.

Friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. My contact Paul was able to answer all my questions. Fast response to emails. very security conscious which i was pleased about. recommend any time."

"Package was damaged, apparently in shipping. PC-Pitstop immediately sent a replacement when I informed them of the matter. They did not jerk the customer around as so many others in the past have done with RMA & the month wait in the "tech department". PC-Pitstop treated me like they would like to be treated.

This was the best customer service possible.

An absolute 10 out of 10."

"I am VERY impressed with PC-Pitstop. I placed my order from a couple of obscure SCSI drives at around 3:00pm EST for overnite delivery. I expected a day to ship, then another to arrive. To my suprise, the drives arrived the next day!! I had to request an RMA (my fault completely, not theirs) and they have been WONDERFUL to work with. Paul replies to emails almost as if he's at a PC 24/7. If you are considering ordering from PC-Pitstop, I highly recommend them. This is what customer service should be. "

"I bought XP Pro from them and was very pleased with their price...the lowest O've been able to find. My only slight complaint is that it's pictured and presented to be in the actual retail box. Instead, it's the "distrubted with a new PC ONLY" thing...I guess that's no biggie though. I haven't gotten my PC finished yet to test it...but I'm sure it's fine. Anyway, it shipped really fast and arrived right on time. I would buy from them again...and have already recommended others.

**Update**
The XP software works GREAT and so I ordered some rounded internal SCSI cables from them and they arrived very quick and exactly as ordered! I'm VERY pleased with this company and their customer service. I will definitely use and recommend them again!"
