It sounds like you placed your order on the weekend before Comdex or during Comdex, in which case we could not ship out because we were closed. This was mentioned on our site and on our voicemail system. Also, we are a family owned business with only one phone line at present. If we are on the line with a customer we cannot answer an additional call. If you leave a msg or send us an email we normally get back to people on a VERY timely basis.
