"What can I say other than the people at pc mall suck.
I have been telling them for almost a year now not to call me anymore.
I have been transferred to one supervisor, namely richard costa. Shockingly he didn't answer so I left him a voice mail that included a message from one of the "sale people" stating they're the people who call you way too much and annoy the heck out of you", that was mike freel. He, (mike), also said he could put notes in my account to not call anymore, but he wouldn't because of my attitude. Now this may be hard to believe, but I never received a call back from that "supervisor".
I then got another call and was transferred to the supervisor's supervisor, david yerevanian, left him a voice mail, I don't think anyone there actually answers a call if it's a customer. Nope, no call back from him. I also left the voice mail I had received for him to enjoy.
I was also put on their "do not call" list, TWICE, and yes I'm still getting calls.
I received another call from "housain", couldn't understand much more than that and told him to transfer me to his supervisor.
This new supervisor was kenton t. I have actually spoke with a him, and he "promised" he would take the issue on "personally" and surprise, I'm still getting calls from them.
Now once again SURPRISE, I got another call.
Now unfortunately I have to give 1 star to be able to post a comment, I now see why they got this many rating stars.
I have intentionally not capitalized the names feeling they do not deserve the respect of even that they suck so much.
I'd love to hear if this is happening to any others out here.

"Heed the reviews. I ordered a part. They had it in stock and shipped quickly (even though the order status showed that the item was back ordered). But they charged my credit card twice the day I received the item. It took them two business days to sort it out from my first call to them.

The outsourced help were able to confirm I was double charged. Hint to the real problem: their systems are set up in such a way that allows double-billing. It's hard to say if it's accidental or not.

This is my first, and last, interaction with this company. No need for the hassle. There are thousands of reputable companies out there with much better execution of their product."

"First, the online app would not take my zip code. Then I tried to Live Chat and that didn't work. Then I called and got foreigners who were so untrained and illiterate they could not handle a single purchase. Get Americans to deal with Americans! So I tried to fill out the Customer Feedback page and tried 15 times to enter the code to send the feedback and it did not work. I called and told them about the problem but was hung up on twice. I am a certified disabled veteran vendor for the State of CA and I will be passing the word to my fellow business owners NOT to buy from this business."

"I ordered a laptop from PC mall and they shipped promptly when it arrived it was DOA. I called and the asked me to pay to ship it back to them even though it was not may fault that the sent me a broken laptop that they obviously did not test before shipping. They also refused to reimburse me for shipping it to me. They are a rip-off company."

"Same story as everyone else who tried to order a HP Touchpad through OnSale/Amazon (OnSale is a subsidiary of PCMall/MacMall). Ordered a 32GB, had it confirmed, charged placed on my Visa card, order status was "Shipping Soon!, had verification of purchase and order number. Waited 4 days for order status update, no word from OnSale or Amazon, tried to call OnSale and received no reply just endless ringing or busy signal, sent and emails to OnSale and received no reply, chatted with Amazon CSR who said they could not do anything about an OnSale purchase because the order was placed through Amazon Marketplace. Finally, on Thursday I received the dreaded cancellation email. Called and emailed OnSale and received no reply. Chatted with Amazon CSR who said Amazon is not responsible for OnSale transactions. I was told Amazon would be investigating OnSale, but I would not be allowed to view the outcome of the investigation. I passed up other opportunities to purchase a Touchpad because from everything I could tell I had one locked in with OnSale/Amazon. Last time I checked I still had OnSale charges pending on my credit card. Total scam--OnSale took my personal information, charged my credit card, held up my funds, and then walked away from the sale leaving me (and thousands of other customers) high and dry. Unbelievable. Simply the worst. Words fail me."

"Avoid. Ordered HP Touchpad. Received confirmation email. Status was "shipping soon". Sat that way for four days. Then received notice that email was cancelled. Taking future business elsewhere."

"Order didn't show up online after I completed, I called and they said it went through... three days later my order was canceled because it was "lost". CSR kept blaming the computers... which PC Mall owns. She said multiple e-mails were sent... which I got 0. Other people who placed orders later or called in the next day received their item."
