Excellent service, excellent price, excellent product. Could not be happier.

PCInnovations technical and store staff recently provided me with a whole-new computer gaming tower upgrade. I went from a 1.8Gh Hewlitt-Packard OEM machine with P4, 512MB Ram, WinXPHome installed OS (with NO DISK) to the roaring fast 3.06 Intel P4 CPU with hyper threading, WinXPHome+SP1 (WITH DISK and documentation), all the bells, whistles I wanted for a fast gaming rig (up to date). All the software was already installed. All I had to do was plug in the NVidia Video Card from my old machine and transfer a Network Wireless access card and it was up and running. I give PCI and their techs HIGH MARKS for availability (I called them with questions), top-flight tech support (advice on walking me through the card swaps flawlessly) and giving me MORE than I asked for (a dual channel 800FSB Motherboard as a free upgrade from the original one I asked for).  
I would wholeheartedly recommend PCI to ANY ONE needing computer equipment, upgrades, advice, tech support, or if you just want to go to their online site at pcinnovations.com for 24/7 forum advice, support or chat. They have it all.  
The owner takes a personal hand in the day to day operation of both the store and the online forum. He is accessible, surrounds himself with top-notch employees with a work ethic I consider unmatched anywhere. I would rate PCI a 14 on a scale of 1-10. I will buy my next computer or upgrade from them.

These guys are great. There are very few computer shops around this area that actually care about you the customer and are interested in what you are doing. It is nice to actually be able to stop into the shop to look or chat and even go as far as establishing a freindship with the shop on a customer level.  

Great service.. I've never had a complaint with them. All the hardware is delivered in excellent packing and I have my equipment the next day. Though I do live with in 3 hours of them. Any questions I have are answered promptly via e-mail,phone and / or their message board. They give me a competitive price on everything I buy.  
They are always on top of new tech that comes out. Great prices! Great service!..what else is there?

I buy all my stuff there.They get anything I want and if there is a problem with an Item I take it back and they take care of me.They also have an excelent service department.

I ordered a 1.3 AMD Duron Processor. I was given a very fair price and was told all about the shipping that would be used. They also asked me if I needed any help with installation and said I could call at any time with questions.
