"Do not buy from this store! Sold me a used asus rampage ii gene motherboard, when I opened it the box inside and one of the part looks beaten, missing the cpu socket lid, labels and some stickers missing, marker marks on the chips, dust the heatsink etc. Worst is they won't accept my refund and admit it was used. I wouldn't be surprised if the PC they build were 2nd parts. I learned my lesson to do more research before buying from some infamous store."
"I placed an order for some pc items with this company. Got an order confirmation from them, as expected, but no order/invoice number. Strange. A week went by, no items, and my credit card was never charged.
I emailed them, no answer. I tried calling them, no dice. I emailed them repeatedly, never got a response, and never got my products. I also was never charged a penny.
A couple of weeks ago, somehow, someone got my credit card information and committed id theft. This is the only questionable transaction I have completed on the web, and I cannot prove but suspect I was taken. AVOID THIS SELLER. As of this writing, the website was not even operational, so there you go."
I was fooled by the google rating of 4/5 stars. Upon ordering this, I have since noticed that the latest reviews are all 1/5 and this is entirely accurate.
Is has since been 10 days since my purchase with 3 day shipping and all I have received is the invoice. This company does not respond to the emails you send them (I have sent two regarding where my item is).
The item was clearly labeled as in stock on the site and is nowhere to be found with no response from PC Extreme."
"Terrible customer service. Confirmation email said it would be shipped USPS Priority. After a week and no package I emailed only to get a response that my order was canceled because it was out of stock. Sure would have been nice if they told me a week ago instead of leaving me hangin."
"I purchased a small power cable from this online retailer on the 9th of April 2008. This retailer has a very pronounced guarantee to ship items the same day if the order is placed before 5 PM EST. The time I ordered this item was 1:32 PM MST which meant I should have had a shipping confirmation the same day. It has been 4 business days since this order was placed and I have not received a shipping confirmation nor any other correspondence to emails I have sent to them. I have sent an email to ask for a refund for the item and the order to be canceled. To date I have not received any kind of response from them and feel I won't since GoogleMaps shows them operating their business out of a suburban duplex. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THIS BUSINESS WILL LIKELY DEFRAUD YOU AS THEY HAVE IN PREVIOUS INSTANCES. I have submitted this company to the Utah Better Business Bureau via complaint and there are other complaints about this company there. Enough of these and they will be forced out of business."
"Used Google to checkout thinking that having Google on the checkout section made it a reputable company. I ordered knowing that I was going to use the least expensive shipping. After 10 days, I emailed about status. No answer. Day 12, still no reply, I cancelled through Google checkout. I hope Google will back me on this since it is on their servers that shows my cancelled order.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Out of curiosity, I GoogleMapped the address. It is an suburban neighborhood. I know that doesn't mean anything but it didn't instill confidence."
"Terrible vendor. Did not process my order after one week. Emailed them asknig what was going on, no response. The website does not list a phone contact number. AVOID!"
"I placed an order on January 21st 2008 for an HR-03 Plus VGA Card Cooler. The item was clearly stated it was in stock. The store clearly stated that shipping on all in stock items would be done on the same day. Well, it is now February 15, 2008 a day past Valentines Day, in which this gift was intended to be given on for my boyfriend and no HR-03 Plus or any commmunication of order status on their part. I have personally emailed them no less than 20 times asking for order status and when my order will be delivered. Getting in touch with these people is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They only have 2 email addresses in which they don't answer. Is it to much to ask to just get one reply on my $65.00 order. They have ruined my Valentines Day surprise for my boyfriend and it looks like I would have been better off tossing my 65 bucks in the fire, and hoping I would receive an HR-03. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card issuer to get this charge taken off. I would recommend all others effected by www.pcextreme.com do the same. You will be able to get your money back if you go this route. If you want to get good service and the exact same products pcextreme.com offers go to frozencpu.com they are 10000000000000% better than pcextreme.com's so called business."

"I will glady provide my receipt for anyone to see. I purchased an Asetek WaterChill Xternal CPU/VGA/Chipset Cooling System - Black (03-L-7004). $319 plus $20 to ship. Website @ pcextreme.com siad IN STOCK, SAME DAY SHIPPING. After an entire week after placing the order and sending 4 emails - once every other day. I was finally told my product just "passed thru customs". Via an email from "Kristin,CS Manager,PCExtreme.com ". I finally recieved my order after 13Day of placing it. After installing the complete water cooled system, I then added my FluidXP to the Xternal unit and it failed. Fluid leaked all over from inside the unit. This is a defective Unit, obviously. I'm not on Day 3 of sending multiple emails for returning my defective product and PCEXTREME.COM has replied to NONE of them. I have demanded a replacment product for my defect one.
Word of advice: Anytime you do online purchases, View the "Contact Us" if there is no Phone number to call DON'T DO BUSINESS. Email is no way of dealing with customers.
"I ordered and payed for (by paypal) 10 bottles of Innovatek Protect Pro Non-Conductive Water Cooling Fluid (501002) from PC Extreme on the 12th of January. This product showed on their website as "In Stock: Yes", and currently shows the same availability (on the 24th). On the 17th the 'PCExtreme Team' contacted me by email and said: "We do not currently have 10 in stock. We've got another shipment coming to us as soon as it clears customs so it should be about 7 days. Would you like us to hold the order until then?"
I emailed back telling them to just send me what they had in stock, obviously annoyed at this point since it had taken them 3 business days just to tell me there was a problem with my order.
On the 24th, I received a message from paypal saying there had been a refund processed on my account from PCExtreme for the full amount of my order. The description given in the refund: "Delay in shipment from manf. Cannot fill order at this time.""

"No order aknowledgement sent. When I inquired he sent a tracking number. Like another reviewer due to his site not being updated he sent me the wrong product and refused to do anything about it. He is a one man reseller for Frozen CPU. I advise anyone to go direct and cut out this small time middle man.
The picture was EXACTLY what I wanted. The Enermax UC-FAB12. Even showing the gold fan grill. The fan he sent was an opaque see thru blue and includes no grill at all. If he lies about his pictures right now, why would one believe him about his e-mail? Go ahead and use a middleman I warned you!"

"Their site was not up to date on the products they carried so I ordered a product not carried anymore by them. After I was sent the wrong product they were very helpful in helping me get a refund."
