PC Club built a system to my specs at a price that couldn't be beat saving me about $350 over a "name" PC with similar specs but lesser hardware (no one was selling a box with an E8400 or a hard drive with a 32MB buffer). The monitor rebate came back in two weeks - the fastest rebate I've EVER received. At the time, the Phoenix store was moving to a new location and making some personnel changes and yet communication was good with only one minor exception. Good company, good prices, good people!

I purchased a custom Empower MX series computer for $1500 about 2 years ago.  
After I brought it home I discovered that the computer had a different Operating System than the one that I had selected in the store and most of drivers had been installed incorrectly.  
Since then I have needed to have my memory replaced (which took nearly a month for some reason) and the hard drive replaced twice. Each time I found the service slow and, for the most part, unfriendly.  
Now, about 2 months after the warranty has run out, the DVD drive is making strange noises and working only sporadically.  
I emailed the company about the reoccurring problems and received only an automated email back thanking me for my input.  
I am very disappointed with both their products and customer service and I will definitely never do business with this company again.

PCCLUB PROMOTES SALE OF THEIR ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURER'S REBATES. I'VE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR MY $20 REBATE FOR A HARD DRIVE DISK ENCLOSURE I PURCHASED FROM PC CLUB. I'VE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, POWMAX, MANY TIMES, AND GOT NO RESPONSE. ACCORDING TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, RETAILERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REBATES IF THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT HONOR THEM. REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, POSTMASTER GENERAL, AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL!

Great seller. Picked it up in store. The staff was very friendly and communication was great. Got a refurb board that listed only as bare board, but came with all the accessories. Board is working great.

I must say that although I was initially very disappointed with PCCLUB and SWORE that I would never do business with them again... I really would like to rescind from those comments.  
 
I too, am dealing with the GEForce7900 Card and also the 8600 GT card. Actually ordered both of them and they both got cancelled!  
 
I was completely irate until I called customer support and they explained to me that it was due to an error in the system, and that they were really sorry, and that they would be willing to rectify the situation as soon as possible.  
 
I was then given not 1, but TWO 10 dollar coupon codes which I then used at the store to get some free items. Furthermore, the thing I really like about PCClub is that I didn't have to pay shipping. I simply went to the store and picked up my order.  
 
Thank You PCClub for apologizing and fixing the mistake. Only 1 thing. I wish you would have let me know a little earlier as you did hold my money for more than 2 days before cancelling!

They charged credit card with no intention of shipping out product. It took them a week to cancel order and refund my money. Very unprofessional - I will not shop at this store again.

Ordered "In Stock" item for store pick-up as part of their Black Friday deal as soon as the item was put up for sale. Ordered was confirmed, and a week later the store claims it's not a regularly stocked item and that I should "wait to see what happens." VERY UNHAPPY with the service and lack of customer support.  
 
Numerous emails and no responses. Will phone in tomorrow to cancel my order. Absolutely ABSURD to sell a product that they do not have in stock.

Ordered videocard and order went though. Had a ship date but then out of nowhere they refunded my order through paypal. If there is a problem they should make sure they take care of the customer.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, let me say that I hate to give negative reviews. I rarely do it, but this PC Club "business" is nothing but a joke. I ordered a video card that was in-stock, and probably a price mistake. OK so no big deal if that gets canceled, right? Not like it hasn't happened before. But.... A few days later, they DELETE my whole order. All traces of my order are gone. Next, they charged my credit card RIGHT away. It's ILLEGAL to CHARGE the credit card until they ship it. They can place a temporary "hold" or pending charge BEFORE shipping, although they ACTUALLY CHARGED ME. The worst part is that I STILL haven't received a refund. I called them and they got PISSED because I asked what the deal was and where my refund is. The guy on the other end of the line was almost YELLING in my ear. What kind of crap "business" is this? They obviously are in this business to make a quick buck. They don't care about their customers.

Ordered video card. Got confirmation email. When I called on Monday to confirm that product has shipped they said order was canceled. They said that I will be receiving refund + confirmation of cancellation + $10 of discount coupon. I have received none of the above. The website is major scam. Stay away!

I ordered a video card, received a confirmation email, three days later THEY canceled my order claiming it is out of stock. Then I remembered last year they did exactlty the same thing. Sounds like a pattern of deceit to me

Not trustworthy on fulfilling orders. Would not buy from them again. They also sent me a coupon for $10, and now they will not credit my account after my second purchase. I will never buy from them again!

Ordered on Sat morning, CC charged that afternoon (3pm), email confirmed order, website confirmed order, Mon night email saying order canceled and CC will NOT be charged. IT ALREADY HAS BEEN!! They have MY money, no order exists on their system, and they want me to spend more money there w/$10 off coupon???? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME  
State and US atty office called, and apparently one of their employees has same issue, ought to be a fun phone call there!
