I had seen all the good reviews for PCBAY and found that they had the router that I had been looking for in a refurbished model for a substantial savings. I ordered the router and received it quickly. I did not have the opportunity to immediately set it up but when I did I discovered that the unit was defective. I called and got a return authorization and had to pay the return shipping costs. I was then contacted and advised that they would replace the unit or refund my money. I was really hesitant about ordering another unit for fear that it too might be defective. I mean the return cost $12 and many of those would far outweigh the savings.  
I was advised that there would be a restocking charge even though the unit was defective should I not want the replacement. I did not think that under the circumstances that I should be charged a restocking fee but they felt differently.  
They might be ok for new products but I am very hesitant of refurbished from them.

I found this store to have an excellent price on a Linksys WRT54GL wireless-G router. I had never heard of PCBAY before, but I decided to give them a chance.  
 
I received a confirmation e-mail shortly after placing my order containing a UPS tracking number. My order shipped the next day, and arrived in perfect condition at my door three days following.  
 
I was very satisfied with my first experience with PCBAY and would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

I bought a wireless adapter from these guys and it was a great deal. Shipping was very good as was the communications. These guys need to teach alot of venders.

Excellent buying experience! Great value! Ordered it early Monday morning had it set up by noon on Thursday. Tracking was a little confusing, as it took me a little bit to figure out exactly which number to use. Overall, I was very pleased.

Excellent and fast shipping. Everything came perfect and exactly as described. Can't wait to purchase from again next time.

I got a D-Link DI-604 4PORT ROUTER at a great price of $36 + $23 USPS Basic Shipped to Cyprus(EU). Item arrived in excellent condition.

Everything went smoothly, and my power supply was shipped quickly. No problems. PCBay kept me informed of the status of my order via email.

Given that the Low -recent- rating is due solely to one *Character whom I was going to send a snide comment about expecting a refund half a year after purchasing, which no sane retailer I have *ever* seen will do, I ordered a 6-in-1 USB flash reader tonight, and will update when I get it.  
Can say that pricewatch does not match website(by $2) and they have no guarantee method for the special price.

AVOID pcbay.com Don't let them screw you too.  
 
Avoid these guys on Toner cartridges. They sold me a defective product, and refuse to RMA because it is over 30 days. I bought a toner cartridge, not knowing how long my current cartridge would last. It lasted another year and 4 months. This week, I swapped out to the pcbay cartridge, and it leaves extra toner on the page. They ignored two emails (no reply) and when I called them, the RMA guy was rude and declined to take care of the situation, since it was outside the timeframe.  
 
If you are stocking up for the future, buy from someone else, as their RMA policy is weak.  
 
Note: It took them over two weeks to get me the cartridge from when I ordered, so they weren't very fast in the shipping department (except the part about charging my credit card)

Once again, PC Bay comes through with a good remanufactured laser toner cartridge at a very low price with fast shipping. I love these guys!
