"This was my first order from here what can I say PCtek ROCKS!!! I placed my order on Mon May 2 02:05:15 EDT 2005 at about 9:30 AM May 2 I saw something else I wanted from thier site. I tried to call but got an machine so I thought what the heck I will send an email I described in the email the part I wanted and if they could add it to my order and noted that I gave permition to do this and to just contact me by email if they could. To my surprise at 2:00 PM I got an email saying it was done. Now that is service!!! not only that my order is on the UPS truck and will be here today wed May 4. Pctek gets 5 stars from me, nice work pctek"

"Order Keyboard and mouse on wednesday around 1:00pm got tracking number around 6:00pm that product was shipped. UPS delivered my package on thursday. I was impressed. I live on the east coast maybe that's why it didn't take that long to get my stuff. Prices are very reasonable. Keyboard was actually 6 dollars cheaper than the original site i was gonna order from. I would do bussiness with them again."
