"I ordered a part, got a confirmation e-mail immediately, and then nothing for 2 weeks. Recently called to cancel the order: left a voice mail message and e-mail in quck succession, and then got a return e-mail confirming the cancellation in under 10 minutes. They were rather eager to get rid of my order, and I don't think that the part I had ordered was even in stock, but there was absolutely nothing on the website to notify me of this. "
"I placed an order with my VISA only then I saw the shipping charges after the purchase was completed. I called them right away to cancel the order and was assured it would be canceled and was informed that the item was not in stock."

"Received product 7-25-08 the advertisement for this Sabrent DVR card promised MPEG-4 compressed files they are not, they are AVI files taking up 10 times the amount of hard drive. Also a owners manual was to be in the box, it was not. I tried to call PCtekonline for 4 days, message says this voice mail box is full try later. I have sent e-mail to rma@pctekonline for four days with absolutely no response. I am trying to recover my money through mastercard. Will repost with update. In the mean time I highly recommend avoiding this retailer. Update as of 9-12-08 after 6 weeks PCTeck never responded, I had to go to my credit card company for a refund. My reccommendation is to stay away from PCTekonline. "

"I ordered a $100 worth of PC parts on 11/7/07, I got an order confirmation immediately and that was the last communication I ever got from them. Two emails have gone unaswered, I phoned the 888 number and no one answered and I could not leave a voice mail because their mail box was full. I have emailed them to cancel the order but who knows if that will happen or not. This maybe a continue saga....possibly more to follow."
"I placed an order a month ago. I received an automated message confirming my order, but have not heard anything since then and the product I ordered has not arrived. I emailed PCTek 10 days ago asking for a status update and have still not received a response. I called their toll free number and received a message indicating that their voice mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message.
Failure to fulfill my order, provide any explanation of why, reply to my email, or be available for a phone call makes me wonder if this retailer even still exists.
"The place I usually order from was (permanently) out of stock on a mobo I wanted ... and my backup store has recently tanked in the ratings here. I'd never heard of PCTekOnline before, but one plus was that they're only approx. 300 miles away.
I was pleasantly surprised to get the tracking number the same day I ordered and the package the next day, UPS ground. The mobo retail box was complete and more neatly packaged that the place I usually order from. The shipping box more substantial than most. There was no packing between the two boxes, but this order was essentially local.
The only reason I am not giving a "very satisfied" rating is that I had no reason to contact the company so don't know how they do at problem resolution. I will definitely order from them again.
"Ordered Sunday night, shipped Monday morning, arrived midday Tuesday. Best price (including shipping), reasonable shipping charge, and couldn't have been faster. The monitor cable I ordered was thick and sturdy. I would _definitely_ buy from this store again."
