"I ordered a PC monitor from pcRUSH through Amazon. The item shipped almost immediately. Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part, it shipped to the wrong address. Because of Amazon's agreements with third party sellers, this order could not be changed once shipped. pcRUSH has gone above and beyond to help me out in this situation, and I would highly recommend them. I won't hesitate to buy from them again."

"100% Thumbs Up!!! I read numerous reviews (82% + on Biz Rate) by customers before deciding to try pcRush.com . Telephoned my order because I wanted up to date info re: Did they actually have the Olympus E-20N digital camera in stock. Their telephone manners were polite, they verified ‘in stock’ status…so I took a chance and ordered. Received e-mail verification within minutes. They called (and e-mailed) re: a shipping address verification within a few hours, once that was cleared up I received a Fed Ex tracking number via their website w-in ~ 24 hours, and received my camera, all accessories, software etc...via 3 day select exactly on time, FULL U.S. warranty. Not only did this company have the genuine article for one of the lowest actual prices in the country, but the shipping & handling TOTALED $13. I’ve never had a better web shopping experience and I WILL order again!"

"I ordered a Sony Blu-ray Disc Player on 18 Apr and received my order with free shipping 9 days later in excellent condition. The only problem I encountered was that for some reason I never received an e-mail comfirmation of my order. I called customer service and they ensured I received the confirmation promptly. While I did receive my order in good condition, I felt that they were a little slow in shipping compared to some other internet electronics stores."

"Item arrived fast and was exactly what I ordered. Price was unbeatable! The Neo-Flex LCD ARM is very well made and has two different ways to mount. Will definitely do more business with these guys!"

"I bought a Yamaha Sound bar from PCRush and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever made on-line. I was having problems buying the wall mount for the unit. After spending endless hours on the web and the phone I contacted Yamaha that apologetically told me the wall mount was discontinued. I decided to call PCRush for help. I didn't expect any help but I had nothing to lose.

I was surprised when PCRush’s customer service actually went on-line and tried to contact some companies in an effort to find the wall mount for me. This is a company that goes above and beyond what is expected from customer service. The PCRush representative named Billy has renewed my confidence and faith in customer service departments.

It is refreshing to see a company that stands by the products they sell even when the manufactures don’t. I want to congratulate PCRush on an excellent company and thank Billy for going the extra mile.

"I don't always use PCRush frankly because if you have time you may be able to find what you need a little cheaper but I always use PCRush when I need something fast. They have never failed to deliver my overnight stuff and at times I have had to order pretty late. I know I can count on PCRUSH when it's an emergency so they will always be a vendor I will have in my arsenal as an IT Manager"

"Edit: the missing remote issue was resolved today. Excellent customer service in the end. They realize the "no remote" was omitted from the ad. Great customer service!

Purchased a refurbished Sharp LCD 46" tv. Good price but upon arrival noted it did not have a remote control. I emailed them and was told that they may or may not come with a remote. There is no mention of this in the ad or in the Q&A website area - not even a hint that refurb. products may not have accessories. But... I don't consider the OEM remote to be an accessory. Many TV functions can not be readily accessed by the menu button not to mention the convenience of having a remote.
EDIT: PCRush emailed and called after my inquiry and took care of me regarding obtaining an OEM remote. They now realize the "no remote" was omitted from the ad. Very professional in the end and the TV price was the lowest around. It arrived in good condition and is working fine.


My search of this tv on the web at other vendors does not indicate that a remote control is not included so I'm assuming it was an oversight during the refurb. process. I need a remote or they can credit some cash and I'll go buy one.

Not worth this much effort so I'm not impressed by PCRush. Product price was great but shipping was over double what others charge for a 46" LCD TV. "

"Your store is consistently one of the best places I've found to shop for my electronics needs. Your prices may not always be the cheapest around, but you make up for that in customer service and prompt fast deliveries of the products ordered. I don't understand the negative feedback you are getting on this site, it doesn't match my experiences. Awesome job!"
