"I found a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer optical mouse advertised on Pricewatch.com by PCPart4Less.com at $24.99 and placed an order, paying through PayPal. I received an e-mail receipt from PayPal but none from PCPart4Less. After several days, I sent an e-mail asking for confirmation of the order and expected delivery date but received no reply. I tried telephoning and was answered only by a recording and promise of a reply which never came. After two weeks, I sent an e-mail instructing cancellation of the order and asked PayPal to pursue recovery of the payment. PayPal investigated, found PCPart4Less at fault, and credited the payment to my account. I found the same mouse for only slightly more at GameVE.com and placed an order, receiving an immediate confirmation, a shipping notice with FedEx tracking number the next day, and delivery two days later.
I commend the responsible action of PayPal and the stellar service from GameVE.com. For all I know, PCPart4Less may not exist. "
"I ordered from these guys on 8/17, never got a response to payment and waited 3 days before a filed a claim with paypal. Got a full refund on the 21st. There is absolutely no communication with this company."

I wish I had searched for complaints about this place BEFORE I ordered. No invoice or payment confirmation, zero contact and support. I can't believe this guy is still doing "business". PayPal did transfer my payment into his account same day - I have sent 10 emails over 3 weeks' time and tried to call the so-called Customer Service number listed on PayPal (got "mailbox is full" message), last email also went to the steven.chien@verizon.net address listed on PayPal as the account owner...I did notice it was only a 1-year domain registration, expiring in September 2003 - certainly not showing long-range dedication to the business.

I also found that this guy had an EBay store, which he recently pulled all auctions from, and then was removed from EBay (around August 7th). One day it was there, the next day, GONE. Check the feedback on EBay ID "warehousemt" (get it - Warehouse eMpTy).
Another note, a history check on ID "warehousemt" in EBay shows that on July 31 2003, it was changed from "PCPART4LESS" No surprise. BTW I suspect fraudulent (positive) feedback on Ebay, go see for yourself. The trend speaks volumes, despite any damage control attempts by this person and their associates. If you ever read this, Mr. "Steven Chien": I JUST DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK!!! Prove me wrong buddy~
I have filed complaints with PayPal, BBB (LA office) and after about ten emails to every address (including the EBay contact email), and even after warning him of my intent to file complaints, I have received nothing, no product, no contact, nothing.
I finally did receive my PayPal refund, just short of 30 days later. If you are waiting for a resolution from this vendor, be SURE to file a PayPal or EBay complaint within 30 days of the transaction - and visit the BBB site while you're fired up. I did, and this guy deserves it."

"This is a very poorly ran web retailer. I purchased a hard drive from the website via PayPal. Did not notice at the time, but looks to only accept PayPal. Anyway did not receive purchase confirmation or shipping confirmation. I tried many times to email, with no reply. Tried several times to call. Got no answer, only answer machine which was full or after leaving message did not get a response. Only after filing a complaint form with PayPal a week later did I finally get an email stating that my hard drive was shipped the next day. I will never do business with this person again and I would recommend no one else does either. I think the website is a borderline scam even though I did receive my product."
