"I used the website to shop Sony digital mega-pixel cameras. Called the customer service phone # to place the order and was pleased to have a knowledgable and no-pressure person to patiently help with my questions. Not once did he pressure me into adding accessories (RARE in online companies!). The camera arrived in perfect condition 3 business days later with regular shipping (Texas). I would certainly buy from them again."

"Was unsure about ordering from them at first since the bad ratings I've read about this company on this site. Went ahead and took the risk anyway, since they were having free shipping. So I ordered a Canon G2 digital camera on Thursday. Within a few hours, the order was already processed and my credit charged, and the camera was said to be shipped. However, even after several days and up until I got the package, I could not track the package through my order history. Something about needing to call to get the tracking number, which I found kinda annoying.

Nevertheless, the camera was arrived via FedEX with signature authorization the following Tuesday. This was totally unexpected since no e-mails was ever sent about the pacakge being shipped nor about any tracking number. The packaging could have been better padded, but the camera was in excellent condition. They need to update their website so customers don't feel so anxious of where the package is! Other than that, I recommend them to anyone for their fast delivery and free shipping."

"Excellent experience. I called them at 6pm and the sales rep. drove my package to the airport Fedex himself as I really needed it next day.

This company went the extra mile for me...

FYI, the Viewsonic VX2000 is a great windows monitor but our tech. guy says it looks awful with games.

"I have been purchasing most our IT hardware requirements from PCNation for over two years. They have pretty decent prices but we don't buy from them soley based on the pricing. We buy from them because of the customer service. Some of our purchases don't end up working out for our needs and I have never had a problem with their returns dept. They are always prompt and courteous. One minor complaint is their site does not always have a lot of product info posted."

"I recently bought some photo equipment from PCNation. Their prices were less than most other retailers. The salesman was extraordinarily knowledgeable and pleasant. Because I was about to leave on a trip, he went beyond the call of duty to insure that I would receive my order in a timely manner. The order arrived exactly when he said it would. I would buy from PCNation anytime."

"I ordered a Sony DRU-500a DVD Drive. The items was back-ordered, but most other resellers on the Net were out too. The price was great, the items shipped as soon as it came in. Customer Service was polite when I called about delivery updates"

"Ordered the Canon Z45MC camcorder, along with other accessories, with PCNATION SWIFT 3DAY shipment option. I got 2 of 3 items yesterday, 1 day ahead of schedule. The other item is arring next Monday, as scheduled. I am very happy and pleased with its person and online service."

"Highly impressed with PCNation. Ordered a Brother HL-1450 printer on a Thursday,and the item arrived on Tuesday.Lowest price on the web.The online order tracking process leaves much to be desired.Had to call Customer Service to get order status.The friendly and helpful Customer service more than compensates the lacklusture performance by the IT department.Would buy again."

"Pretty good about letting you know when stuff is out of stock and letting you cancel the order. Shipments always arrive in good condition. We've ordered about five items from them in the last month."
