So I checked the website and it still said \u0022Available\u0022. I\u0027m going on a trip soon and wanted time to mount the unit, connect some wiring, and get familiar with it\u0027s operation. So I called to ask about the ETA. It was only going to be about 4-5 days before they shipped so I let the order stand. As promised verbally on the phone, they shipped it within their forecast. I think most reasonable people would believe that \u0022Available\u0022 means they have it in stock and will ship in at least 2 business days. Possibly it was only a record keeping error, but from comments they made on the phone, \u0022Available\u0022 means that it will be shipping soon. So, it wasn\u0027t a deal breaker because they still got it to me faster than Garmin direct was quoting and the price was good. "This is my first experience with PCNation and I am very pleased. My product search turned up with PCNation as the lowest cost vendor. !5% less expensive in a sea of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail prices. The web order process was quick and easy and I like their on-line invoices and status progress and email updates. The price qualified for free shipping and I chose the FedEx Ground free 2-3 day shipping, which was true to its word. The package arrived in great condition. In the future, I may well try PCNation catalog first before an internet search. "
