The only problem is the wrong power cord was sent with the computer so he is still unable to plug it in to see if it actually works. MAJOR BUMMER. But the bright side is that when he contacted the company they were super nice and said that the correct cord would ship immediately and they are extending his warranty for an extra month. This is excellent. "I was looking for a certain Lenovo desktop computer no longer in production and they had exactly what I wanted at an unbelievably low price. Shipping was fast and cheap, with the best packaging I have ever seen. The computer was advertised as refurbished, but it looks like new and works perfectly. The price was so low that I had PC Exchange customize it with extra memory and the extended warranty. Thank you PC Exchange. Highly recommended. "
