I had called about 5 different times and each time got a different gentleman who patiently answered my questions without seeming rushed or annoyed or trying to influence my purchase in any way. My laptop arrived in 3 business days and I am really impressed with its condition - I ordered a grade B and it looks virtually new. It was carefully & cleanly packed with a brand-new generic power adapter. The computer is ready to go with XP pre-installed, no bloatware, and a couple of useful utilities added. pcexchange is now my new go-to site for anything to do with computers. By the way, I had previously ordered the same laptop, recertified, from a popular online outlet, and it arrived with a defective power supply and useless battery - apparently no one there even bothered to check what they were sending out.
