"PC Depot price as very good on the HP toner I was looking for so I ordered at their store. Received a set within a few days and they were all real just like they say. If their prices are still good I might order another set when I need them next year."

Website and phone call to vendor
said in stock. But 5 days later, order still not shipped due to being of out stock. Cancelled order."

"Had no problems with my order for a HP maintenance kit for my printer. Price was good, they answered the phone when I called about stock and they let me pickup that same day at their warehouse in NJ, and the kit fixed the problem I was having with my printer."

"Iplaced my order on Nov 15th and received it on Nov 18th. p The drum is exactly as advertised, installed easily & works great. I would use them again if their price is still good next time I need to order."

"I ordered a Linksys Wireless setup from them and everything went smoothly. i ordered on monday and got a email order verification right away. I got another email from them the next morning (actually it looked from the date of the email that it was sent out the evening before). Got the setup on Wednesday. It was well packed and in brand new retail boxes. Plus the setup was easy and everything worked. I was very happy."

"They asked if I would leave a feedback at this resellerratings site rather than the yahoo site for this order as I guess they wanted some more feedback here.

All I can say is that they ship genuine HP toner in those colorful pulltab boxes like you get at Staples, and they ship quick too, and I get the toner within 3-4 days. Looks like they always ship from NJ too, at least thats what the tracking info at fedex.com says, so their packages do take at least 3-4 days to get to me down here."

"Awesome! Great Customer Service! One item was broken and they shipped me a brand new one right away, no questions asked. Very helpful and courteous. Only thing that bothers me is the packaging. It seems as though the items were not in original packaging. Not sure though."

"They emailed me to ask me to leave feedback here for them. Pccdepot did a pretty good job for me on my order so I decided to do it. They shipped my order very quickly and I got my toner right away. It was new in a new HP retail box which is what I wanted as I have had trouble with non-hp toner in the past with my color laserjet printer. There website is a bit difficult to find things tho, but at least they answered their phone right away when I was calling for availability on the toner."

"My first experience with them was on a Saterday and they were doing inventory, but still let me come over and pickup the maintenance kit I needed. I just picked up some toner yesterday as well and I got a very good price. I recommend these guys to others. Thank-You for all your help, and I do not mind leaving a feedback for you here at all. Best of Luck. Will see you again soon when I get that MFP next month."
